Apartment on the first floor of a small residence with 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at the place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue Beauregard slope 50 meters away (connection with the entire area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route nearby.

A MANSARD MEZZANINE (carpet floor) 8.70 m2 less than 1.8 m, 1 bed 160 cm for 2 people (individual electric bed bases 2 x 80)
