SPECTACULAR PROPERTY! Breathtaking Ocean View and surroundings. Home is located at the end of a quiet lane on the Montecito Riviera, 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, or the upper and lower "village". The property is quiet uncommon in that there is an expansive front lawn and ocean views along with a cozy big back yard with mountain views. The interior is spacious with lots of light.

A wonderful house

We stayed in Eucalyptus hill 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious, kitchen is fully equipped and we found everything we needed for our stay. The location is just incredible and the grounds are fantastic with wide view over the city and ocean, several spots in the garden to sit and have a meal of just enjoy the view. We made good use of the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit in the eve. The only drawback was the ants that were hard to control. We have talked about it to the owner who was extremely friendly and responsive and I am sure this will be taken care of. Highly recommended!
