Walk out on the oceanfront deck and enjoy the bluff top ocean breezes while searching for dolphins playing in the waves. Your stay is enhanced by a beautiful gourmet kitchen to cook your friends and family delightful meals. The large flat screen TV and high speed internet allows you to play and work in a calm and relaxing setting. A small office space with desk and printer set you up for success while “flexcationing.”
Located in Seascape Sur, this oceanfront complex on the bluffs is renowned for its exquisite landscaping, waterfalls, streams, and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking. There are two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. The beach access stairs are adjacent to the complex.
A small coastal town, Solana Beach is known for wide sandy beaches and great restaurants. Check out "Belly Up," a unique concert venue for nighttime entertainment. Surfy vibes, laid back, and pretty, Solana Beach has it all. A Week by the Sea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful place to get away from our Minnesnowta home to defrost for a week. Higher than normal temperatures were a welcome surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate cookware, dishware, accessories and spices etc. The views from the Kitchen, Family Room and eating area are amazing. Enjoying the Ocean view from the balcony proved to be our favorite spot. Only negative was that because we arrived on a Saturday, an empty propane cylinder for the grill could not be replaced till the following Monday due to shortened weekend office hours and available personnel. The grill itself was in disrepair and really should be replaced. I would have rated 5's across board less the grill experience.
