This unit is nestled within one of Mammoth's loveliest residential areas, and is just a 5-minute walk to Canyon Lodge. This mountain retreat boasts generous spaces for one or two families. The Master bedroom with ensuite bath offers a King bed, while the second bedroom (also with ensuite bath) has a comfy Queen-sized bed. Plenty of additional sleeping is available in the second floor loft, with two sets of bunk beds providing a total of three Twin beds and a Full bed (one bunk bed has a Twin over Twin, and the second bunk bed has Twin over Full).
There is a galley style-kitchen that opens onto an oversized dining table with seating for 10; adjacent to a warm, formal living room with custom wood-burning, stone fireplace. There is a separate TV area, so you can relax in front of the fire with a good book or a board game, while others watch TV nearby. The multiple spaces function well for group dynamics; during travel, everyone has a place to be to do their own thing, but everyone is still together. Additional sleeping is possible using the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Complimentary WiFi is provided, as is parking for 2 cars. Guests have full access to complex amenities, including a community rec room, hot tubs, coin laundry, and seasonal swimming pool and BBQs. Two parking passes are provided. Spots are first-come, first-serve in the parking lot in front of the unit. Password Protected Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. Great location and perfect for our family. The kitchen is tiny but there is a large dinning table and two living room spaces. Loved that we could easily walk with our young kids to ski lessons at canyonBring your own hot tub towels!
Loved the location of the property! Very close to canyon lodge. The area was spacious enough to accommodate 7 guests and had 3 bathrooms. Would stay here again

Location is prime, literally 3 minute walk to the slopes. House was stalked with everything you need. The Rec Center was amazing, way bigger and better than we thought. Definitely going to stay here again.
We love how close the property is to Canyon Lodge and the jacuzzi and steam room! The kitchen is a funky layout but well stocked. Check in was easy. Beds are super comfy!!

We had 6 people staying at this 8 person capacity lodge. You cannot beat the location as it is about two blocks away from Canyon Lodge. The Lodge was spacious, clean and well stocked with amenities. We had such a wonderful time during Thanksgiving break there and was lucky it snowed plenty the week before and we got a wonderful day of skiing in as well as beautiful hikes by the lakes.

Happened to be there during record snowfall, but the resort area and town did a great job keeping the roads clear enough to navigate and we were able to have a great time. Found the property as listed and would stay in the village again.
Great location & good condo. Nice easy walk to canyon lodge. Slightly larger common area than many of the Chaminox condos. Like the L shaped kitchen to make it easier to have more than 1 person in the kitchen. Plenty of cookware for making meals. Would recommend you bring/buy some storage elements (Tupperware, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, etc) for leftover if you cook. Beds/bathrooms good.

The condo has a great location close to lift and hot tub. The kitchen is small but was fine. We could have used more bath towels! Enjoyed the fireplace and ski locker was great! Had a fabulous time at Mammoth Resort!

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
The cost of linens and supplies is covered in our fixed cleaning fee. This is disclosed to guests in the pre-booking guest contract that must be signed before completing booking. It is also pointed out to guests in the check-in instructions, pre-arrival and in the blue guest binder located in the unit itself.
As explained throughout those various places, units are stocked with clean bed linens on the beds, and a bagged set (under side table or in closet) for the pull out sofa (if equipped). 1 bath towel per person (based on the group/party size reported). 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 shower mat (except half baths) per bathroom. 1 travel size each of: beauty bar, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash, & 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2-3 rolls of paper towels, 1 new sponge, 10 dishwasher pods, 2 dish towels, 2 4-cup coffee packets, 2 tissue boxes. 10 laundry pods (if laundry is equipped in-unit). Fire starters, lighter and long matches (if equipped with wood burner). Additional cleaning services and supplies are available for order from our Housekeeping Department.
