Legacy #103 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1324 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. Recently remodeled master bath and redecorated throughout. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo as well. King, Queen, Twin, Twin, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Legacy is a 9-story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool with a waterfall. The property also has a barbecue grilling area. 2 car limit.

Great location

The good: the place was perfect location and nice layout. The bad: the place smelled like mildew really bad. We tried to air it out but our cloths and suitcases were stinking so bad from the mildew. I don’t usually give a negative review but I don’t want someone else to go through what we did.

Nice condo, small beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. Really clean and well stocked. The beach however is really small. It was nice, you just need to get down there no later then 7am to get a spot.

Great view!

We had a couple hiccups. My mom tripped on broken concrete in the parking garage and my daughter stepped a briken pool drain cover. Notified manager and they said it would be taken care of immediately!But everything turned out ok. The spot was beautiful!

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Gulf Shores! The space was more than adequate to accommodate six people. The condo is very spacious, was very clean, and we felt at home. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and the host was very responsive. The pool was nice and we were right on the beach. We hope to be back to visit again!
