Good stay

Didn’t realize it was a hotel, but regardless it was great and enjoyed the free breakfast. The room we got must have been remodeled, as it looked better than the original images in the listing.

The stay was good staff was friendly and helpful and understanding. We had a late check in and it went pretty smoothly there was an additional 50 fee with check in that was not disclosed and unexpected.

Amazing view

The view is incredible and it was easy to get in and out of the National park- only about 30 minutes. Communication was very easy and quick replies. Would definitely recommend.

There was a little hiccup with overbooking and not having the room I booked. They did provide 3 separate rooms but a couple from our group had to find a completely different hotel.

Great price, comfortable stay

The property is secure and fairly clean. I choose this spot as I was told by the property management the hot tub was open and operating. However, the pool and hot tub had been drained and closed for quite sometime when we got there. Property could use some updating but all in all it is quiet and a good place for the price.

Very nice place

It's not exactly as shown in the picture, and there isn't a hot tub, just a nice pool. We were warned by one of the residence to park on the south side of the building where there are plenty of lights because cars were getting broken into in the other side. We did that and didn't have any issues. Nice location. There's a Target right across the street. Which came in handy

Perfect location for all we were doing in Denver. Property manager notified me immediately about a double booking mix-up and fixed it right away. Super easy check-in. Cozy front room. Rooms a little dated, but beds were comfy. And having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family is always a blessing. Priced right.

Easy to book. Hotel initially charged 2nd time for room as did not have info from the VRBO site. However this was fairly easily resolved. Room was nice in that bedrooms on opposite sides of living area and each had own bathroom. Breakfast was great and plenty of seating. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Fairly quiet and close to attractions in Denver we were seeking. All in all would stay there again.

Great Stay in Denver

We had a great stay in Denver at this condo. Everything was clean and provided. I was assuming it was a privately owned condo but it's actually a hotel with multi room suites and a small kitchenette / living room. I booked it in a hurry so I didn't look close enough. But it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was close to everything we needed. Especially being across the street from Target! Recommended stay if you're going to Denver.

The room was clean but the hotel was a bit dirty and definitely needs updating. Lots of things were broken. Not many supplies in the room. Nothing to wash dishes with, mirror was broken elevator needed to be vacuumed. Outside sitting area was dirty.

You may look elsewhere...

....if you are concerned with cleanliness or on-time service. The property is very ill kept and needed more repairs than I care to list. The pool, well that is closed, or should be, the gym was marginal at best, I emptied my own garbage out of necessity. I waited an hour beyond check-in for my room and it would have been much longer had I not been insistent,

This property needs updating and property maintenance

We have stayed at this property before and really had to again to be able to get the rooms and bathrooms we needed. However, we noticed that many things were broken, including a toilet and the furniture was frayed and shabby. The room just felt like it needed a deep clean. Everything in the rooms was older and paint was chipped or missing on doors and walls. There is a note they leave in the room that says cleaning is available daily if you stay under 7 days, however, there is no door hanger to notify the staff to clean the room. Hence out room was not cleaned while we were there and we had to remove our own trash bins. If these items are not improved by the next time we visit Denver, we will definately stay somewhere else.

I am very sorry to have to give this review, we are a family that likes to travel and we had always had good experiences with Vrbo, but this time it was not like that, to begin by arriving to check in, the man who received us seemed very busy talking with A woman , immediately told us that we had booked through third parties (I have no idea why he told us that )gave us the cards and sent us to the room .. oh disappointment when we got to the room, the Door was literally broken, it did not close and the closet door was about to fall, where the bathroom curtain was hung, it was only patched, the furniture was old about to break, and the most horrible thing, the bathroom had pee stains in the seat, and many other things that would take me a long time to write, but I have photos of everything ... I went back to the lobby and asked him to speak to the manager, to which he replied that he was not there, I asked him to give us different room and I he ask the reason, I showed him all the photos and he agreed to give us another room, which was decent but still did not meet my expectations, we never knew that they offered takeaway breakfasts, or anything that the hotel offered, no information at all. When the day came to leave, we went down to the lobby there was another man and very rudely he handed me the paper, no thanks no good night no nothing, just very bad experience

Mediocre and unexpected

First off, it was not clear that this listing was a hotel. Not even the front desk was aware that someone was listing out a room through Vrbo. This made us anxious at check-in thinking that we would be turned away. We ended up getting checked in and got to the room. The beds were very nice, clean, and soft. The kitchen had basic stuff like plates, cups, bowls, and small fruit knives (I recommend washing before use). However, there was no sponge to use for washing any of the stuff. One of the toilets' flush pressure was extremely strong and loud, like those on an airplane, which made it difficult to use in the middle of the night. There was no hair dryer in both bathrooms so we had to ask the front desk for some. The curtains had huge oil stains on them and only the mildly translucent ones would close, so there was no complete privacy during the evenings. One of the lamps in the room was also impossible to use based off where it was placed due to the plug's very short cord. We had to move it to a different corner in order to use it. Lastly, the hotel does not provide any complimentary ice or water outside of breakfast time, which comes as a surprise when they have a gym. Overall, very mediocre. If you're solely looking for a place to sleep then it's good enough. The location wasn't so bad either since there's a 24/7 gas station nearby and a Target across the street. Personally, though, I would not book again.
