About this property

The Good Times Pool House

Welcome to my home! A perfect west side of Denver location to enjoy summer and everything else Colorado has to offer! The walk-out basement is ridiculous (host lives upstairs). With a separate lockoff entrace through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, WiFi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the private pool area (heated pool & hot tub are both fully open!), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees for privacy (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Close to amenities (lake, hiking, restaurants, grocery, watering holes). Have fun!!

Pool Time!

A clean, cool property with a pool right at the door. The pool was heated, the spa worked great. Host made sure we had everything we needed and all was working properly
