Located at 2070m of altitude with guaranteed snow on the wonderful Belle Plagne ski resort in the Paradiski domain (Les Arcs / La plagne), enjoy great vacations in our big apartment, 73 m² + a nice balcony with a great view over the alps. It is located in a 4* residence, chalet style (wood, stone roof), very bright and an incredible view over the alps and the ski resort. The apartment is being renovated to be ready in December 2019 (new beds, etc)
The Balcons de Belle Plagne residence is located on the edge of the ski slopes. Access and return to the ski slopes is directly from the apartment.

The apartment has an area of 73m² +a balcony with views of the mountains. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 2 toilets. , a large living room (with sofa bed) with an open kitchen renovated in 2019. The residence has a wellness area with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. All of this is accessible. (Access prohibited to children under 16 years unaccompanied, swim shorts forbidden)
The residence has a spa where you can benefit from treatments and massages (not included in the rental, to book at the reception of the residence).
The apartment has a ski locker and a closed shoe locker located in the basement of the residence.
The residence has a covered parking in the basement, the place costs 70 EUR per week and must be paid directly to the reception of the residence. If no place availalbe on the basement, the main public parking is just in front of the residence. The price of the car park is not included in the rental price.
We also offer the possibillity to rent towels, bed sheets through our housekeeper.

This apartment was perfect for our group of two families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids). It’s very spacious, we don’t feel on top of one another at all and you can literally ski to the front door which meant on some days we even nipped back for lunch. Beautiful Mountain View’s from the bedroom and living area too. Would highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay in La plange. Perfect having use of the pool too. Apartment clean but en-suite shower head was broken. Fresh crossiant available each morning from reception.
David's apartment is perfect for a family of 3 generations. Everything is accessible, supermarket, restaurants bars. Ski out from apartment is excellent.
1 small observation, please leave toilet rolls for guests. Very inconvenient! Thank you for our stay

Great location, many issues and poor response from the owner who knew about issues
Great location, could have been cleaner when we arrived. There were issues that I communicated to the owner on the day after we arrived and he did not respond or assist until the Thursday. The local management agent said, on the Wednesday, that the owner knew about the issues but "chose not to do anything about them". Kitchen and lounge great but bathrooms are not to the same standard..

I have to say that i am quite surprised by your comment. We have communicated quite a lot before your arrival, giving you answer on short time on all your questions;
Then indeed, the people that were before you in the appartment have left the hoover pipe broken and a small bench broken. You told me that it would be a problem to make the cleaning at the end of your stay.
The same day i ordered a pipe on amazon, to be able to bring it on the appartment before you leave. That is what I did.
The little bench has indeed not been replaced, the shop where i purchased the first one was closed when i came. But it was something not really essential on the appartment.
I have no idea what you are talking about when you say the "i chose not to no anything " .
Then your comment about the batchrooms, well, pictures are on the appartment page, so i dont see the point. The bathroom are conform with the pictures, so no issue i think.
I regret that you focused on few details, and you did not give more explanation about positive points of your stay (i guess ther was...) to other potential guests.
The apartment is superbly located with direct access along the corridor out on to the slopes.
I do feel that the linen and towels could be provided as well as bins in the bathrooms and a more accurate listing about the bathrooms, e.g. there is just a hand held shower in the master bathroom so we had to use the kids one which was fine. Attention should be made to the shower head in the kids shower room as it faces the wall.
New pillows wouldn’t go amiss too, luckily we brought our own.
A useful info book would be appreciated as to how is best to get to various ski schools, ski hire, restaurants, food shops, where the launderette is etc.
Also note that the pool is not in the same building as the apartment.

Stayed in this lovely apartment for our holiday, the last week in July 22. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 5, 4 adults and 1 teenager. It had everything we needed. The swimming pool was an absolute bonus. The views are stunning. With cable cars and shuttle's it was easy to get to each resort and leave your car behind. Many thanks David

Très bonne localisation...aux pieds des pistes
Nous étions très content de l'appartement, très bien équipé dans l'ensemble, de l'épicerie est à disposition, c'est une très bonne attention du propriétaire. Une cafetière électrique classique serait la bienvenue ainsi qu'un lave-linge. Casier à ski très pratique ( un pour les chaussures et un second pour les skis). Accès idéal pour les cours des tous petits ( au pied de la porte😉).
Nous recommandons.

Avons passé une belle semaine entre amis. Appartement bien agencé , idéal pour 2 familles . Bon équipement . Belle vue sur le massif , piste de ski au pied de l’immeuble . Nous serons ravis d’y re-séjourner .
Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et est très bien équipé que ce soit en épicerie divers ou équipement de cuisine. C'est assez rare pour le féliciter. L'espace de vie est spacieux et nous a très bien convenu pour 2 familles avec 4 enfants. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable. Notre séjour a été très agréable dans ce logement. Seul bémol, le ménage des sols n'avait pas été fait récemment.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en août, en famille et avec un couple d'amis dans ce grand appartement. Nous avons apprécié la localisation à Belle Plagne, à l'écart de la foule mais à proximité de tout.
L'appartement est spacieux, décoré simplement avec goût, avec les équipements nécessaires. L'accès à la piscine est un réel atout dont nous avons profité tous les jours surtout avec une enfant de 5 ans qui a fait d'énormes progrès en natation pendant les 15 jours.
Nous avons eu de quoi nous occuper pendant les 2 semaines entre les randonnées, les activités des stations de La Plagne, la piscine, le spa. L'office du tourisme est très actif. Il y a des randonnées pour tous les niveaux et la plupart avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. Un enchantement.
Très bel appartement : grande pièce salon-cuisine très agréable. Bien équipé. Belle vue. Accès à la piscine et salle de sport facile. Départ et arrivée ski au pied : le top.
