This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is just steps away from Kahana Beach in Lahaina.
Through extensive remodeling, we have designed this condo to feel like a home away from home. Aside from its one-of-a-kind modern design, you'll be walking distance to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, and of course, Maui's famous Kahana Beach! We like to call it, the Maui Makai.
The space
Amazingly designed, contemporary 1-bedroom apartment in West Maui with a partial ocean view and just steps to the beach.
640 square feet of modern space better than any hotel in Maui. This 1-bedroom unit has been completely renovated, quality finishing and design, high end stainless steel appliances with quartz countertops, spa-like bath with glass barn doors, ceramic tiles and much more. 2 beds can accommodate 4 people 1 king, in bedroom and 1 sofa bed (queen) in living room. Partial ocean view from the living room and lanai. Restaurants and shops are downstairs where you can eat with locals.
Guests have access to entire apartment. Large living room with 1 queen sofa bed. Large 58” smart TV with cable, 150 Mbps internet with WI-FI and Google device. Power full A/C unit to cool your room down. There is a closet where you will have access to beach gear, like 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and coolers for you to take to the beach. All linens and towels are provided. Modern fixture/ceiling fan in living room. Ceramic tiles throughout the unit to keep it clean and cool. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 extra stools to accommodate everyone.
Bedroom has 1 king bed with superior mattress, large closet behind dual barn doors, cooling fan and Google device to soothe you down at the end of the day or to wake you up in the morning.
Kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser. Stove and dishwasher are also brand new and high quality. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, serving utensils, etc… so you can cook your own meals. Coffee maker and toaster is there too.
Spa like bathroom has state of the art walk-in shower with barn glass door. We provide a starter pack to get you going. There is a big vanity with designer mirror. We provide you with a hair dryer too.
There is a community pool available to all our guests so go ahead for a morning swim or run knowing that you have a fresh towel when you get back. Finish your day having a BBQ at the pool deck, or glass of wine sitting on lanai and watching the sunset. On the ground floor, you can eat the best sushi on the island at Miso Phat Sushi. There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant, Maui Brewing Company, and concierge services for your island trips is just a short walk.

As the world gradually begins to reopen, we’re delighted to welcome you back to sunny Maui, and are excited you’ve chosen to stay at our condo. Although the health and safety of our guests has always been a top priority for us, we understand that your expectations of cleanliness have changed and we are taking every possible measure to ensure those expectations are met. The following are changes we have made to better protect our guests and ensure their stay is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
- High-temperature washing of all bedding and linens.
- All kitchen appliances and utensils disinfected.
- Every high-touch surface including, but not limited to: doorknobs, handles, faucets, remote controls, etc. will be disinfected.
- The condo will be fully stocked with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
- Minimum 48 hours between stays.
Once guests have checked out, the condo will be cleaned as per our heightened cleaning standards, then left empty for a minimum of 48 hours before new guests arrive.
