3-bedroom duplex in quiet, cocooning chalet. Pets welcome!

Superb independent apartment on the 1st floor of our house 2km from the center of Carroz, 200m from free skibus. It will make you spend a stay in the mountains while aesthetics and comfort thanks to the 3 bedrooms with real beds, no sofa bed, and a high-end household appliances. The wood-iron alliance will charm you, in the heart of the village of Arâches.
We have completely furnished this apartment in 2018 with quality materials. You will have an equipped kitchen (induction, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), a cozy TV lounge area, a balcony overlooking the slopes of Carroz where you can relax on a lounger. Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, washing machine and dryer. Separate WC.
1 bdrm with 2 beds of 90, balcony. On the floor, 2 ch, 1 with 1 bed of 140 and 1 with 2 beds of 80, adjustable.
You are 2.5 km from Les Carroz, 200 m from the ski bus and the bakery.
You can ski on the Grand Massif (Les Carroz-Flaine-Samosens-Morillon-Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval) on nearly 300km slopes. There is something for all levels! Animation side, the Tourist Office offers many activities, concerts, excursions ... every week. You can also indulge in snowshoeing, descents by electric bike Fatbike, relax at the Aquacime with its heated outdoor pool and relaxation area ...
We offer various services to facilitate your stay in the snow: ski deposit in the gondola station, discount of 30% on the rental for adult skis or a free pack for your children up to 12 years in our store Netski on the Place de l'Ambiance and we put at your disposal sheets and towels. Do not hesitate to ask us for help, we are here! We both work in the resort and will be able to help you make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Séjour au top !

Superbe location à Araches la Frasse. Appartement conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Bien situé pour visiter de nombreux sites tous plus beaux les uns que les autres. Le village des Carroz à proximité est dynamique. M et Mme Caron sont très accueillants et disponibles au moindre souci. Nous conserverons un très beau souvenir de nos 1eres vacances estivales en Savoie.

Très beau séjour en été !

Très bel appartement chaleureux et moderne à la fois, très bien équipé où l'on se sent vite comme chez soi. Du balcon , on peut voir des biches sortir de la forêt et une montgolfière se lever en même temps que le soleil si on est matinal. Le soir, c'est un ballet de parapentistes qui se pose sans un bruit dans un champs. D'Araches, nous avons pu découvrir la région "à la journée" : Yvoire et Lac Léman, Annecy et son lac, Samoëns et les cascades du Rouget, Chamonix Mont Blanc et Carroz et le lac d'Airon. Vraiment bien !
