Apartment Marmottes is located in the centre of Les Carroz, 400m from the nearest ski lift, and with a regular free shuttle bus to the ski lifts just 30 seconds from the apartment.
Les Carroz is a traditional French village with a selection of restaurants and shops. The village is less than an hours drive from Geneva airport and perfect to access the Grand Massif ski domain which is the 4th largest ski area in Europe.
Within the resort there is everything a family would need to have a great weeks skiing. There are numerous ski rental shops, a creche for 3mths - 3yr olds, 2 ski schools, an after ski lesson club for 3-15 year olds. The apartment sits within a prestigious MGM complex which boasts a fantastic spa facility where you can also get massage and other treatments for a small additional cost.

The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks the village ice skating rink. There is a small supermarket less than 1 minutes walk.

The complex includes use of a heated indoor swimming pool with 2 Jacuzzis, sauna and steam rooms, health spa and cardio room / gym - all free of charge to use. This is open during school holidays and the ski season.
A supermarket and the village ice-skating rink are on site. The apartment is situated behind the village square, in a quiet location with perfect access to restaurants, shops and other local amenities. There is no better location!!!
Comprising of one double bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower and sink, one twin bedded room with built in storage, bathroom with bath/shower, separate WC, open plan living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa/pull out bed in living room and French windows leading to ground floor balcony.

Private boot/ski storage room and laundry room in the basement. Cot and high chair available.

SUMMER
Apartment Marmottes is centrally located, a stones throw from the village centre, play parks and restaurants and bars. There is plenty of off road parking around the village and at the base of the main gondola which runs throughout the summer to take walkers and cyclists to the top of the mountain. The ski bus operates during the summer and there are many planned activities to enjoy. For up to date information please visit the Les Carroz Tourist Information Office. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the village, tennis courts and play areas.

For stays of less than 7 nights, the end of stay clean is an extra priced at €150 per stay, this covers cleaning and linen. There is a 10% discount which covers the cleaning fee for stays of 7+ nights. You are welcome to bring your own and clean yourself, in this case your deposit will be held until the apartment has been checked. Please message me before making an instant booking!
