It doesn't get better than this. A large clean and modern 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with all the conveniences. The property is ski-in/ski-out. The hot tub is 100 feet from your door. The ski lockers are 50 feet from your door. Parking is heated and underground. The condo is a two minute walk to the village at Beaver Creek. The condo has two master bedrooms and the kids room with three beds. Also has a wood burning fireplace and propane grill on the porch.

Great Condo

Wonderful ski in and ski out condo with great walkability to town. It worked perfectly for 2 couples (king bed room for each) and 2 teenagers (in the bunk room). We loved the real fire place (with supply of wood on the patio) and fully equipped kitchen! Close to fab restaurants and entertainment.

Great location. Nice condo.

The place was awesome. From the ski locker room at the end of the hall to the slopes is about 10 feet. What really stood out to us was the attention to detail. You get a full list of everything in and around the condo. I would rent here again.

Great location and beautiful surroundings!

We had so much fun during our stay at Mark’s condo in Beaver Creek! The location was outstanding - ski lockers were right down the hall as well as ski access to the lifts. The Shuttle App was easy to use so going places was super easy and we didn’t have to wait long. We went snowmobiling a few miles away which was super fun and enjoyed ice skating in the village every day. So many neat shops and restaurants to choose from! Mark was a great host and easy to communicate with. We hope to go back soon!

Awesome place!

This condo is great. Having stayed in a bunch of different condos around BC over the years, let me tell you why this one is better. First, it is a simple two minutes downhill ski to Centennial Lift. And a relatively easy return ski on the way back. The ski room is right down the hall and right next door to the run. Second, the hot tub is amazing. Very hot (104) and again right down the hall from the condo. The condo itself has a nice kitchen, family room with a huge TV and fireplace. Finally, it is an easy walk to the BC center and right on the shuttle route. We loved it!!!

Great condo and location

True ski in and ski out property. Condo has everything you will need and then some. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook unlike some properties. Super close to ski locker, hot tub and exit for skiing out. Couldn’t be easier. A short walk to the village and can take the shuttle back if don’t want to walk. Mark was very accommodating and we hope to be back next year.
