Traditional longère for 5 people
Old small family farm renovated, the house is located in the heart of a small village between the beach of Kerel and the town of Bangor. The beach is 8 minutes walk by the path of the valley. The path is without exit for the vehicles.
The house is equipped for 5 people.
Entrance with clearance, door coat, living room with insert, dining area and open kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge with freezer bottom part, dishwasher, microwave.
Small lounge with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, internet connection by CPL,
Bathroom with large shower, toilet, vanity unit, washing machine and drying.
Upstairs :
1 bedroom with bed 140, and storage,
1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90
Bathroom with small bath, WC, vanity unit.
Cot and high chair available.
Very sunny private terrace with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue.
The house is not wheelchair accessible,
Dogs and cats are not accepted,
We do not accept smokers.
Reserved outdoor parking space.
