Bookings all incur the standard cleaning charge of US$200/GB£170.00. It is shown in your quote.

Pool/Spa heat is not included in quotes (unless clearly shown) but is available upon request. Pool and spa heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. The cost is $40/£30 per day exc tax.

This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house is situated in Terra Verde, Kissimmee. There are 4 master king en suite bedrooms. It has a wonderful west facing pool overlooking a huge lake. The resort offers a beautiful club house with resort manager and concierge, lounges, swimming pool, spa, tiki bar serving food and drinks, shuffleboard, outdoor lounges and sports activities. And when you are ready to leave the resort the theme parks and entertainment of Central Florida are just minutes away!

Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

I cannot pick out just one thing that stood out in the home. Everything was perfect. The rooms the decor the Jacuzzi game room. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend renting this home. Booking was easy and quick. Communicating with the host was super easy and they were very responsive and gave detailed instructions.

The host was great and responded to questions timely. House was well stocked and we enjoyed the extra touches. We enjoyed the backyard space and sunset over the pond behind the house. The hot tub was small and water level very low when being heated. Security gate was difficult to get ahold of and difficult for guests and ubers. Keycards worked well. Kids enjoyed the game room. 4 master bedrooms were great for our family. We would likely stay again.

Beautiful Welcoming Home!

My 50th birthday celebration, Christmas and New Year's were so amazing at this well kept, clean, spacious home. We had plenty of room to spread out from the teenagers as well as comforts of home to enjoy family meals together. The property was gorgeous and the family loved the tiki bar.

Perfect home away from home

My sister and I and our 3 daughters stayed over Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice with 3 teenage girls. Wonderful villa

The villa was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was also close to everything and from there it was good to make trips to various attractions. The pool area was our favorite and we spent a lot of time there swimming and watching the sunsets. We also spent time in the evenings in the games room playing different games. Everything was like listing promised and our family spent a wonderful vacation there. We can recommend the villa to anyone and we would love to come again ourselves.

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday with the villa offering a perfect home from home. Without doubt we will be back to enjoy the Florida sun at Terre Verde. Roger and Lucy are so easy to book through and go that extra mile to make your holiday a relaxing time in a beautiful villa. We own two homes in Kissimmee. For the other property refer to 424767. The Villa at Terra Verde always attracted us because the home is spacious and has no rear neighbours. The outlook over the water is excellent and it is about 5 minutes to the clubhouse facilities and pool and bar.

Why they chose this property

This home offers the great facilities of a gated community. Terra Verde is renowned as a desirable place to spend your vacation. It is close to all the restaurants and attractions of the 192 and on the doorstep of the theme parks and the attractions of Central Florida. The house is maintained to a high standard making it a house in high demand throughout the year. Four master en suites make it a home where you can have your personal space but get together for a great family vacation and create some wonderful memories.

What makes this property unique

The resorts boasts a large swimming pool which is the centre piece of the club facilities that are provided here. Cinema lounges, business hubs, Tiki bar, sports factilities, games rooms, massage, the list goes on. Enjoy this peace of paradise in the comfort of your 'home from home.'
