Very comfortable cottage (3 stars) 115 m2 in a villa (+ 2 terraces of 20 m.), Near another location. Located in an agricultural region renowned for viticulture, fishing and hunting, between sea and mountain (hamlet ST ANTOINE on the RD 344): 10 kms from the sea, 50 kms from Porto Vecchio, and 10 kms of a mountain stream.
DESCRIPTION: - large living room (flat screen, air-conditioned) with adjoining terrace (20 m2) + covered terrace on the ground floor
- well equipped American kitchen
 - 5 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning)
+ 1 fixed panoramic sofa in the living room.
- 3 bathrooms (approximately 6 m² each)
At your disposal: garden with closed parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, and garden equipment (table, chairs, deckchairs, hammocks ...).
The rental is also classified 3 ears Gites de France (reference 59651: Ecolabel, wine tourism, label "Motard").
Weekly rate depending on the season: 680 to 1350 euros, package up to 8 people and 100 euros per additional person (limit: 9 people) + 80 € cleaning optional.
Bed linen and towels included. Weekly water / EDF package included. Tourist tax included.

Nous avons été très heureux d'accueillir cette magnifique famille, curieuse de découvrir toutes les richesses de notre région. Cela a été un vrai plaisir de les guider et de leur montrer le meilleur de notre île, côté mer et côté montagne, sans oublier les plus beaux sites archéologiques. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit liebevollen Gastgebern

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Insel, der große grüne Garten und vor allem die liebevolle und umsichtige Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeber hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem super Urlaubserlebnis gemacht. Die Sprachbarriere war etwas schade, jedoch konnten wir uns trotzdem gut unterhalten.

Ravis que vous ayez aimé le raisin, les kakis, les jujubes, les figues et les citrons. Revenez goûter les fijeoas, les kiwis, les clémentines et les oranges. Ou la douceur du printemps avec les pamplemousses, les avocats et les nèfles ! A prestu !
