It is located 2 steps from the bakery and not far from the beach and the port.
Ground floor Room of life: equipped kitchen (fridge freezer new, new washing machine, microwaves, furnace, plates gas, coffee pots, crockery, vacuum cleaner ...)

Sofa bed 140 places with a real sleeping recently bought October 2019.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed 140, wardrobe, bedside tables, wardrobe. + if needed extra mattress 90 and cot with integrated mattress.

De multiples post-it nous invitent à entretenir le logement... Avec du matériel usagé ( vieux balai,aspirateur mal odorant). Nous avons fait le mieux que nous puissions.

Au plus près d'Oléron

Gîte à quelques minutes seulement de l'île d'Oléron. Propriétaires très sympathiques, le gîte se situe dans la continuité de leur maison. Cuisine très bien équipée et literie confortable. Par contre l'accès à l'étage (chambre et salle de bain) se fait par un petit escalier très raide et une fois la voiture garée dans la cour, il ne reste guère de place dans le jardin.

Petite location, proche de la mer dans un bourg tranquille .Nous regrettons qu'il n'y ait pas d'entrée privée .Manque de rangements pour effets personnels pour 4 personnes. Parfait pour 2 personnes. propriétaires sympas et accueillants.

Maison au calme bien équipée et conforme au descriptif. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous avons apprécié la boulangerie à proximité.
