Spacious daylight basement apartment with private entrance in quiet country home setting. Enjoy 1800 square feet with game room (ping pong and air hockey fans!), great for entertaining kids and adults.
We are within 15 minutes of downtown WS and Wake Forest University, and minutes from Truist Soccer Field, Rise and Tanglewood Park. Convenient but quiet.
We offer two bedrooms with queen beds and two additional twin beds in the game room. Private entrance with keypad, two parking spaces and coffee included ☕️ We know you will enjoy yourselves!
Part of the charm of our property is the quiet neighborhood in the country. If you are looking for a place to throw a party or large gathering, this is not the property for that purpose.
We do live upstairs in the home and have three dogs. We keep their (and our) activity to a minimum but keep in mind that you may hear a little pitter patter. The upside is that we are typically accessible for questions and add an extra layer of safety :). However, everything is completely private and no part of your space is shared.
We are listed on other vacation rental sites, which is why there is a 24 hour request for booking. We do not want to overbook and have to cancel on any guest. We will do our best to respond ASAP so you can get your plans finalized!

Why they chose this property
We aim to provide you with a cozy but spacious place for your stay. We are tucked away on a couple of acres, but still convenient to everything! Our previous Wake Forest visitors have enjoyed being within 15 minutes but not having to wait for a downtown restaurant (we have some good ones right here!). Our Tanglewood event visitors found themselves within minutes of the park, and our BBT Soccer Field visitors were able to come back in between tournament games, since we are so close. We are generally in town and love meeting our guests, but you have plenty of privacy to come and go without interruption. We would love to host you and your family!
