CHARMING FARMHOUSE IN THE MARCHIGIAN HILLS
Located on the slopes of Monte Cucco, on the border between Umbria and Marche, about 10 km from Fabriano, La Casa di Coccore is an old farmhouse which in the nineties was restored by local architects.
The skilful recovery of the original structure has allowed the atmosphere to remain unchanged.
The house built with pink stone from the nearby mountains, preserves the ancient layout even inside where four levels are distinguished, perfectly harmonized, which make it very suggestive.
In the intense green of the rolling hills of the Marche region, immersed in a gentle and light-filled nature, La Casa di Coccore welcomes its guests in a refined atmosphere that fills the gaze and pervades the soul.

Lovely House in the Marchigian Hills
We absolutely loved the classic Italian design of the farmhouse and the incredible views, as well as the very welcoming host.
This house could be a great base for exploring towns in the region such as Assisi and Urbino. However, we loved to experience the quietude and authentic Italian lifestyle that the local area offered. A great choice for those who want to experience the Italian countryside unperturbed by mass tourism.

Lovely farmhouse home with stunning scenery
An immaculately presented home in a very lovely area of Le Marche! I think this was the cleanest house I have ever rented- incredible inside and out. The area was beautiful and interesting but I wish we had known about the incredible supermarket / deli in Sassoferrato earlier ! What a find ! Assisi, Gubbio and Urbino all within easy reach and all worth seeing. I would highly recommend this holiday rental - thank you Sandra & Guilia x

We spent here whole month during the September and we loved it. The house is renovated from an old barn with a very special taste and is located in a settlement of about 10 houses, thus you can enjoy really private stay. It's perfect for everybody, who's looking quiet, calm and natural place with stunning views. However you need to cater and supply yourself in close Sassoferrato, or larger Fabriano, both in 5-10 km distance. We stayed as a family with a 2-year old kid and found everything necessary. We travelled and see lot of interesting places around, in the beggining of September it's worthy to try beaches in Senigallia or Conero. Sandra, the owner is very welcoming and easy-going. We'd definitively would recommend this place to our best friends.

Da favola!
siamo stati pochi giorni fa, due coppie di amici con 2 piccole pesti di pochi anni. La casa è davvero immersa nel verde delle colline di Fabriano, silenzio e relax allo stato puro. Spazi ampi e ben suddivisi. Giardino super curato. in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare parecchie mete, anche in umbria...Pianoforte e chitarra faranno il resto. Noi siamo rimasti ampiamente soddisfatti! Qualche consiglio per migliorare ancora di piu: letti un po cigolanti e la camera che affaccia sulla zona giorno dovrebbe essere isolata meglio (la finestra interna con solo la tendina non consente di riposare tranquillamente se si sta "vivendo" la zona giorno).

Beautifully restored house with stunning views
We had a lovely, relaxing week here just after Easter. The house has been tastefully restored, maintaing all its character, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful as well as very peaceful. Plenty to do in the vicinity and the owner was charming and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Ho passato una settimana nella Casa di Coccore . Sandra e stata molto ospitale,la casa è molto bella ,elegante e accogliente ...probabilmente ancora più delle foto!!
è immersa in una natura incontaminata e selvaggia . Da li siamo partiti x molte escursioni ...ho scoperto dei posti incredibili! Come le grotte di frasassi ! Ci tornerò!!!
