Kona Oceanfront-Unobstructed Views - Full AC - King

We want you to have a wonderful stay at our condo; therefore, we’d like to let you know about some ongoing construction/maintenance work at the Kona Reef complex.

Kona Reef complex will undergo concrete structure and resurfacing repair from January 2026 through June 2027. These dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather or other).

Construction will take place during normal daytime hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday, with most public areas remaining accessible. While this construction is ongoing, you may hear construction noise from and/or see maintenance equipment (scaffolding, jack-hammers, saws, compressors, dumpsters, trucks), and workers on-site.

As of September 3, the construction on our Building (Building F) for concrete structure and resurfacing repairs is now complete.

Construction has started on the upper deck parking and lobby area (closest to Building F, which started September 14, 2026 and is expected to continue through September 29, 2026. The Upper and Lower garages (located under Building F) are also being worked on for exterior walls. Concrete structure and resurfacing repairs are expected to last on the garages through June 2027. These dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather or other).

Therefore, we have reduced the nightly rate during this construction time to reflect the possibility of disruption from lobby and parking structures (located under building F) having work done.

We've stocked the condo with vacation essentials so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the island. You'll have access to snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, and coolers during your stay.

The Space
F14 is 650 square feet and offers everything you need for a comfortable Big Island getaway. The open living area and kitchen take advantage of the spectacular ocean view, while the private lanai gives you the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy Hawaii.
After a day of snorkeling, exploring the coast, or visiting one of the Big Island's many attractions, come home, enjoy the sound of the ocean, cool AC, and settle into the comfortable king bed.

A Few Things to Know
For your safety and the protection of our property, a security camera is installed at the front door entry/exit of the condo. The camera monitors only the entrance area and does not record private spaces. Recordings are not kept for more than 10 days.
