Il est bien précisé sur le descriptif de l’appartement que la salle de bain dispose d’une baignoire balnéo :
“3 pièces de 68m² pour 6 personnes au 1° étage d'une résidence sans ascenseur.
Balcon exposé sud. Vue sur la forêt et la montagne.
SALLE DE BAINS :
Salle de bains avec baignoire balnéo en angle.
Toilettes séparées. »
Toutefois, nous allons faire la suggestion au propriétaire pour le remplacement de celle-ci.
Nous avons également prévu une blanchisserie pour les éléments du salon.
