If you're looking for a getaway that is located right on the water for great fishing or crabbing then this is the place for you whether it is for the family or for friends! This camp offers views of Kelso/Black Bayou from the living room to the kitchen table. There are two fishing piers located right in the backyard as well as a large outdoor bar/grill area. The fishing pier also has two spot lights for night fishing where you're guaranteed to catch a variety of fish.

Beautiful place!

We had the best time at this beautiful camp! We caught 6 dozen crabs and took a guided fishing tour. We will make this an annual trip! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The grocery store and bait shop was just down the road. Highly recommend this rental!

What a find! This luxurious camp lives up to the photos and then some, a rare jewel in SW Louisiana. Our kids had a blast crabbing right off the dock. A perfect weekend getaway for fishing and R&R with all the comforts of home with something for the whole family! We're already dreaming of our next trip!

Great location and great house

This house is fabulous! It was super clean, well stocked, and great location. It also has some of the best sunsets and sunrises I have seen. As a huge bonus to the house is all the neighbors. It is a great group of people and we had tons of fun. Glen (fishing guide) is a huge assesst that lives next door. He brought his gear over, taught us to fish, and even took a couple of our boys out to fish on his boat. If you love to fish, this is the place. We caught several types of fish and Glen helped clean and fillet them all. We had a huge fish fry and took Ron's home. Jessica was so easy to work with and we have already started planning on next getaway here!!!

Our family get away

This place met all our expectations plus. We have rented other places in Hackberry but this place was by far the best. We were able to fish and crab right off the dock, and catch fish and crabs. It is such a beautiful and spacious house. Our neighbors were out of this world, never met anyone willing to teach you how to fish. Loved it all and will definitely be going back. Thanks again

Great setup!

The setup was perfect with both docks within steps from the house and plenty of covered space under the house to store your fishing and crabbing stuff. Kids had a blast even though the weather didn't really cooperate. We'll be back.

The place is very nice, quiet, had all necessities, well kept. Neighbors are friendly which is to be expected in South Louisiana so no surprise there, loved the peace and quiet, liable to make this trip a norm every year.
