Superbe appartement

Appartement propre et très moderne avec une déco soignée. Il y a une grande chambre, la douche est très relaxante et la cuisine est bien équipée. Je recommande.

Pas recommandable. A oublier !

Points positifs : Appartement propre hormis frigidaire et un bouchon de cheveux dans la douche. Appartement bien équipé avec machine à laver le linge et tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir un couple avec un bébé. Points négatifs : immeuble vetuste. Dans certaines villes il serait à la limite de l'insalubrité ! Odeur permanente de moisissure principalement dans la chambre malgré l'aération nuit et jour. WC avec très petit débit et chasse d'eau qui se remplie au bout de 5 mn. Wifi quasi inexistant qui ne permet pas de regarder la télé (manque la notice pour savoir comment trouver les chaines). Vaisselle dépareillée et une casserole sur deux qui ne fonctionne pas sur la plaque induction. Parking indiqué dans l'annonce. Ce n'est pas vrai. On se gare dans la rue. Dommage car l'appartement est bien agencé et les propriétaires ont dû certainement beaucoup travaillé dedans. Tout se fait par SMS. Aucun accueil ! Il vaut mieux avoir son portable chargé ou ne pas l'avoir perdu !

Les parties communes pour accédé à l’appartement sont en travaux c’est extrêmement sale donc pas agréable pour une arrivée en vacances . Le lit est très inconfortable difficile de récupérer après de longues randonnées.
