Le studio est très propre, très bien équipé et bien agencé. Le fait de ne pas avoir de chambre séparée permet d'avoir une impression d'espace, ce qui est agréable Localisation au top. Parking sur le côté du bâtiment. La remise des clés et la communication avec l'hôte était facile et flexible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

À part l'emplacement du logement près des commerces, nous avons subi des problèmes tels que : panne du chauffe eau (existante avant notre arrivée) et obligation de vider une cuvette 2fois/jour, matelas du clic clac très inconfortable, dimension du matelas du lit non conforme et draps prêtés en mauvais état. Je déconseille pour 5 personnes comme préconisées sur l'annonce, préférable 2 personnes avec 1 enfant maxi.

Les Rousses représentent pour nous plusieurs séjours en hiver. Cette année, même avec peu de neige, il y avait toujours de quoi faire. Entre les visites, les curiosités du Jura, les produits du secteur et les musées, pas de quoi rester derrière les fenêtres a attendre. Il ne faut pas louper le Jura sous toutes ses formes. Le logement était conforme à sa description, bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'espace est suffisant pour y loger à 5 (2 adultes et 3 ados) sachant que nous profitions un maximum des paysages et des activités que nous offre cette magnifique région. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la ville des Rousses : proche du centre-ville à proximité d'un supermarché des boutiques de location de matériel... Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pour ses vacanciers. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement bien situé pour profiter de la ville des Rousses. Appartement très bien équipé et bien agencé pour qu'on ne soit pas les uns sur les autres. Près de l'arrêt de car des skibus. C'est très pratique. Pistes de skis de fond et raquettes à moins de 5 minutes. Seul bémol, un petit rafraîchissement de l'appartement serait à prévoir

Le studio est très bien situé tout près des commerces et sentiers de randonnées comme l'indique l'annonce. Toutefois il est beaucoup trop petit pour recevoir 5 personnes à la fois.(2 adultes + 1 enfant maximum). De plus le studio mériterait un rafraichissement au niveau des peintures et de l'entretien général.

Studio propre et bien tenu. Le propriétaire habite juste à côté, et il est très agréable et serviable. Environ 500m du centre, supermarché juste en face.
