Cottage Skyview - Prescott Cabin Rentals

Cottage Skyview is a charming studio located just 2.5 miles or 8 minutes from the downtown Courthouse Plaza in Prescott. This cozy studio is adjacent to Skyview Chalet, a larger vacation rental that may have unrelated guests. Guests are kindly requested to respect each other's privacy and be considerate as they come and go.



The studio features a comfortable queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Amenities include everything needed for coffee, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. A slider leads to the outdoor area, providing access to a lovely and serene space. Guests can explore the shady grassy area, enjoy apples or plums from the backyard trees, or discover the basketball net and court for a quick game of pick-up.



The studio is equipped with modern conveniences, including internet, central heating, and air conditioning. Green carpets, white walls, and colorful accents create a cozy and elegant ambiance in this 1971 home. A large flat-screen Vizio TV with Roku built-in is available for entertainment, and it can be enjoyed both in the living room and from the bed.

Guests have access to the entire studio. The patio and grill are reserved for Skyview Chalet guests.



Your hosts, Greg & Wendy, reside in Prescott and are available for any assistance or inquiries during your stay.



Prescott has been recognized as one of the Happiest and Healthiest Cities in America, offering scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and a small-town atmosphere. Renting a vehicle for your stay is recommended, and taxi and Uber services are readily available.



To ensure accurate pricing, provide your correct party size when booking. If you plan to bring dogs, please inform Wendy in advance, with a nightly fee and a one-time flat fee applicable. Responsible and considerate pet behavior is expected.



Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, adhering to noise restrictions after 10 pm. The vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents, and any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturb neighbors may result in immediate action.



Check-in starts at 4 pm, and early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Similarly, late check-outs require prior notification. Smoking is only allowed outside.
