Wonderful and detailed in an unbeatable area.
It is located 100 meters from Avenida de la Constitución and a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, in the heart of Seville.
The distribution of the apartment is as follows:
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and designed to provide a comfortable stay.
The building has a large community terrace, perfect to enjoy the wonderful climate of Seville.
This apartment is located on the second floor with a lift.
Everything is close. Once you are in Albareda Street, you will be surrounded by history, art and gastronomy, as well as a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere, which will undoubtedly make your stay a memorable experience.
The apartment has capacity for 4 people, ideal to enjoy with family and friends.

This apartment was located right in the center of Sevilla, in walking distance to multiple restaurants, caffes, shopping and historic sides. The apartment is small, but it worked out perfectly for our family of 4 (2 teenagers).

Excellent location! Clean and functional!

With no reviews we were a bit concerned but took the gamble anyway. We were very pleased and would recommend. Great location with a 10 to 20 minute walk to all the main sites. Many restaurants and a market nearby. The apartment was clean and cozy. Kitchen, large bathroom, and washing machine (no dryer) but they do provide a drying rack. Sara also provided instructions book in many languages, local map, events, and sites to see.
