I loved staying here this year just like I did last year. The bed was very comfortable, the host is great, and the water pressure is even better. Just a great place to stay and a great value. I plan to return next year.
The place is exactly what it says ! The atmosphere was beautiful! The owners stopped by introduced themselves very nice people! The bed was comfortable! We will definitely stay there again
The property is located within a lovely horse boarding facility, in what looks like an old western village. The hosts were very kind and check-in was easy. We were very busy with Christmas engagements, so were there to really just sleep and shower, but next time I am hoping to explore the area more. We really liked the bathroom, and all the rustic country/out west charm. Thank you so much for hosting us over Christmas Tammy!
We just had a quick stay passing through. The owners were probably some of the nicest people you will meet. The place was sufficient for what we needed. Plenty of horses and land. If you are a light sleeper you may want to consider another place due to highway noise.

Very rustic, the AC works great, Very country, no where to cook, just a microwave and a small fridge that works ok, no freezer. The turnpike is right out back of the place and you can hear it very well at night. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Arrived at midnight. Host communication was fantastic for directions on property. Roads on property were VERY dark and challenging tp navigate. Property was as described. Only concerns were water had a very strong odor and shower was very small. Overall, a cute little place with great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay here in the weekend. The bed is comfy, place is clean, the only thing my boyfriend noticed is that it is close to the road and he could hear the cars but I really didn’t. I’d recommend it and come back.
It was a really nice, well appointed villa with a firepit outside to enjoy with a cup of coffee or some wine. Since it was well water, Tammy, the owner, provided bottled water and we also brought our own. It was a relaxing, fun adventure. Thank you, Tammy and husband.
The little room was quite adorable and looked just like the photos. Definitely in the middle of no where although I was a little surprised to hear as much of the traffic from I95 as I did at night. No reflection on the owners or the place in general, just a note to make. The detailed decor was fantastic and well thought out. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
We liked the rustic nature of the place, it was as the pictures showed. The owners have a very unique style, using horse and ranch fittings to decorate. Bed was comfortable .
Unfortunately, the wifi and tv were out and the coffee maker worked intermittently.
The noise from the nearby highway really affected our sleep.
We just loved the little barn space! Plenty of room for the two of us, a comfortable bed, a huge bathroom, and a well equipped living space with a mini-fridge, microwave, bottled waters and even some snacks for the taking. We also enjoyed looking at and petting a few of the horses on site. Really beautiful surroundings and friendly hosts. As noted by other reviewers, there's some traffic noise from the turnpike behind the property, but it wasn't enough to annoy us or disturb our sleep. The only other glitch was that the water from the faucets smelled strongly of sulfur, which I assume is from a well water system. Even so, if the opportunity comes up, we'd stay there again!
