The Space:

Snow-dusted pines frame the arrival as you step inside to warm wood tones, vaulted ceilings, and the steady glow of a gas fireplace. After a day on the mountain or exploring Sunriver, you can settle into inviting living spaces designed for conversation, games, and slow winter evenings indoors.



Living spaces

The home offers two separate living areas, giving everyone room to relax. A gas fireplace anchors one gathering space for movie nights or quiet downtime, while the second living area creates flexibility for groups to spread out. Smart TVs, cable, and streaming options are available, and the home is centrally heated and air conditioned for year-round comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

This lodge-style layout accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Main-level living includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and three master bedroom suites with no stairs required. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional master suites and a bonus bedroom featuring two twin bunk beds with four twin beds total. Each bedroom includes a TV, and bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided.



Kitchen & dining

Designed for group meals, the kitchen features ample counter space, modern appliances, and room to cook together. The large dining table makes it easy to gather for shared breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners back at home. Coffee is simple with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.



Entertainment & recreation

Winter nights are just as enjoyable as days outside thanks to the game room in the heated garage, complete with a pool table, arcade machine, ping pong, and board games. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a common area support remote work or school when needed.



Outdoor features

The private hot tub is available year-round, offering a relaxing soak after skiing or snowshoeing. A private patio and backyard provide outdoor space when weather allows, along with a gas BBQ grill.



Location & access

SHARC passes with unlimited use are included, providing access to shared pools and recreation amenities. The home is located in Sunriver, about 30 minutes from Mt Bachelor, making it a convenient base for winter adventures and easy drives into Bend. Self check-in with a smart lock, in-unit laundry, a two-car garage, and additional parking add to a smooth, comfortable stay. Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!



Please Note:

The Sunriver golf courses have become private courses as of the 2025 season and are no longer available to the public. Additional membership options are available if guests choose to contact the courses directly and we are happy to provide contact information by request.

All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and made up of 11 roundabouts, or "Circles". Fairway Lodge is located between Circles 6 and 7 in Sunriver, and overlooks Woodlands Golf Course. Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved paths for walking and bikes to the SHARC, The Village, Marina (boat launch), and The Lodge.

Interaction with Guests:

Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.



Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
