- Hausflur und teilweise die Wohnung hat sehr beißend nach Schimmel gerochen. - Haus hat im Untergeschoss ein massives bauliches Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. - Anruf beim Vermieter: Hier sollte ich auf einen Rueckruf warten, aber ich habe nie wieder etwas von denen gehoert. - Anruf bei Belvilla: Hier sollte ich ebenso auf einen Rueckruf warten, aber den habe ich nicht erhalten. - Die Heizung in den Zimmern ist nicht regulierbar. Wir mussten die Temperatur von 26 Grad Celsius ueber die Oeffnung der Fenster herunterkuehlen.

Auch die Lage ist einfach großartig - so dicht am Königssee und an der Jennerbahn und dann mitten in der Natur. Hinter dem Haus wuchs der wilde Bärlauch. Einfach traumhaft.
