New and modern apartment in a sunny location

Sunny and peacefully, promises modern furnished apartment on the first floor of a small family residence a wonderful holiday in a beautiful area.
The 94 m² Non smoking apartment consists of a living room with comfortable couch, large flat screen TV with cable connection, DVD player, VCR, stereo system and free Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, coffee and coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle and bread slicer. It is partly open towards through a passage and a small hatch to the living room. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, two of which are each equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed and one with a 1.40 m wide bed. Next to the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is also a separate WC.
Your children can play carefree in the yard or in the garden or go exploring in the nearby forest. For you, the generous balcony with view to the legendary Watzmann one of your favorite places will be mainly in summer and autumn.
For your car there is an underground parking space available in the house as well as a second parking lot at the house!

Eine ausgezeichnete Wohnung wo man sicht "zu Hause"fuhlt.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gepflegt und eingerichtet. Passt auch fur Familien. Die Lage war ruhig, aber doch in der Nähe der Stadt und der Wanderungswegen.

Erholsame Ferien in gepflegter Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit schönem Blick auf den Watzmann Die Zimmer sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und für 2-6 Personen geeignet. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr und sonstigem Zubehör ausgestattet, wir haben sogar Kuchen gebacken! Es ist ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, wo es allerdings schon sehr eng zu geht. Aber alles andere war perfekt!
