Sandbridge Family Cottage - Beach, Pool, AND Bay!

Crabs, Inc. is a comfortable cottage on a desirable corner lot with 5 bedrooms (3 queens, 1 twins, and a first floor “suite” with king bed and a loveseat). Two full baths, a half bath, and an outdoor shower. Each bedroom has its own SmartTV if you want to retreat to your room for some down time. Main room TV and first floor TV are also equipped with cable service.

Have the best of all worlds with our exceptional location. Enjoy our private dock on the canal, private salt water pool, and being just steps away from the beach (a 3 minute walk to a paved beach access). Spacious front and back decks, including a screened in porch, give you many outdoor options. Ping pong table is available in the garage and the house is stocked with a wide variety of games for both kids and adults. Rainy day keeping you from the beach? Enjoy working on one of our puzzles together at the dining room table!

The cottage can accommodate 10 guests.

Your rental includes bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels - at no additional charge! We also get you started with basics like a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap.

We understand all the gear that goes along with bringing a baby or toddler to the beach! Thankfully, the cottage has a pack 'n play (you bring your own sheet), chair-top booster seat, and a baby gate for the stairs so you don't have to pack your own! We also have baby gates permanently installed at the top of both sets of deck stairs (front and back) and have the bottom sliding door that leads to the pool equipped with a safety alarm to help you make sure your child can’t get to the pool unattended.

Additionally, the cottage comes with 6 beach chairs available for you to use. We are happy to suggest rental companies for additional equipment you may like to have such as umbrellas, kayaks, SUPS, beach toy wagons, etc.

**Pool is open early May-early October. Please inquire about if the pool will be open during your stay if you are unsure.

This house is well-loved and maintained by the owners--not handled by a rental management company! We are proud of our strong communication and great care of our home and hope to host families that will also treat our home with respect. ***THIS IS NOT A HOME THAT SHOULD BE RENTED TO HOST PARTIES OR EVENTS***

Completely updated/redone first floor suite including half bath, flooring, walls, and King Bed with Tempurpedic Mattress (2023), all new SmartTVs in every bedroom (2024), brand new patio area around the pool, new/larger screened in porch, and a new roof (2022)! Other recent updates include brand new appliances (2021), kitchen lighting (2021), brand new windows (2021), new floors throughout (2020).
