Check in was nightmare. Did not receive door code until 9PM before our stay. On arrival code did not work. Be sure to mark phone number for phone help. After three tries got someone to help. He gave us a new code but did not stay on line to be sure we got. Another phone call and three codes late got one to work. Frustrating and stressful! Arrive to see construction work on river wall and orange fence blocking view of the river and pool was very disrupted by this. Bedroom view was wonderful. Comfortable unit.

This two bedroom condo worked out perfectly for our family. We used it as a 2nd location for our family and it served our purpose. Easy access to the beach and was exactly what was advertised. We would rent again if needed.

Would not stay there again

Condo was dirty. Master bed sheets had sand and dirt on them. Dishes were dirty. Utensils were old, should be replaced. No dish towels. Was told by management the vendor was out of stock. Not only was the condo dirty, but it smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. The carpet was very stained. To top it off, the condos discription said there was a beach across the street. The beach access was not across the street. We’re we’re suppose to stay for 9 nights but checked out before that. It was a shame. We were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary. I would not recommend this condo to anyone

Just stayed here for spring break getaway

My family and I checked in super easy, this is a no frills condo. A lot of small minor issues in this condo struck in a 1980 time warp. Seems like they are attempting to modernize it slowly... the Location and view are Prime! That’s what you are paying for! Sunsets in the yard are 5 Star! Mornings are beautiful sitting by river and seeing dolphins and manatees!

Very nice location but accommodation was lacking. Furnishings need updating badly. Entrance tile very old & needs replacing. Downstairs bath towel bar missing with exposed holes where it was. Doorstop in upstairs bath hanging to floor. Master B.R. suitcase rack in tatters and falling apart as were chairs on upstairs patio. Carpet soiled with spots in places. Outside landscape needs cleaning up. Not what we expected for the price we paid.

Enjoyed stay. Views were amazing. Kitchen needs updated utensils and pots and pans and knives were the worst ever. House is very dated. Light out on master bedroom lamp. I never called because wasn’t worth the hassle but those things should be checked by management. Overall would stay again.

Nice quiet getaway.

We arrived at night. The check in procedure required us to go to a separate location to get the access code. I don't know why that step couldn't be skipped and the instructions simply emailed to us. Other than that we were very happy with the location, cleanliness, quietness and layout of the condo. Management contacted us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was alright.
