Nice fisherman's house for 4 people, located in a cul-de-sac which reaches the GR34.
Just behind the house, 100m, taking the path you will discover a magnificent panorama of the islands of Brehat and St Riom.
The Craca Mill is a 5-minute walk away.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room shared dining area and lounge area. Shower room / wc and storage room.
On the floor a landing reading corner and 2 rooms.
The terrace facing south will allow you to enjoy good moments of relaxation and lunch or dinner breaks.

Relaxing stay in nature

Peaceful stay. Lots of suggestions from Sylvie that were all wonderful and different, easy to follow. Sylvie Barbier was very helpful and in a nice Connection.

Ein Wunderschönes kleines Haus, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne Wieder.Einziger Nachteil: Mit großem Auto (Wohnmobil) schlecht anfahrbar.

Au top !!

Excellente location pour un couple avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples. Son calme permet d'utiliser sa jolie terrasse exterieure. Elle est idéalement située à proximité du GR34 ce qui permet de faire de superbes balades à pied (soyez bien chaussé). TrÚs grand merci à Sylvie, notre hÎte, qui est d'une trÚs grande gentillesse. Ses conseils sur sa région nous ont également été trÚs utiles. Nous recommandons à 100 %.

Un gßte trÚs confortable, trÚs bien situé!

Le gĂźte est trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©, trĂšs confortable. On a mĂȘme pu faire du feu dans la cheminĂ©e. La petite terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able aussi. Nous y avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, au calme. Le sentier du littoral est accessible Ă  pied, ce qui est un plus. On peut faire de belles randonnĂ©es au dĂ©part du gĂźte. La vue juste derriĂšre la maison, au bout de l’impasse , est magnifique. On voit toute la baie de Paimpol. Franchement, c’est une trĂšs bonne adresse et l’accueil de Sylvie est trĂšs chaleureux.

Ruhige Lage mit WohlfĂŒhlatmosphĂ€re.

GemĂŒtliches ruhiges Ferienhaus mit fast allem, was man braucht. Der Ort selber ist nicht der Attraktivste, doch fußlĂ€ufig erreicht man eine tolle MĂŒhle mit grandioser Aussicht und im Umkreis gibt es so manche Highlights. Ausstattung gut. Es war gemĂŒtlich und ansprechend. Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Logement sale,ustensiles idem,moisissures frigo et Ă©gouttoir,couvre lit tachĂ©...La gĂ©rante nous a avouĂ© qu'elle ne vĂ©rifiait jamais aprĂšs ses locataires.Ok mais il est impĂ©ratif d'avoir des locaux propres surtout en cette pĂ©riode de pandĂ©mie.Nos remarques non pas Ă©tĂ© acceptĂ©es.Elle n'a pu que constater nos dires ,jusqu'Ă  laver elle mĂȘme,et Ă©tait Ă©tonnĂ©e qu'on n'ait pas fait le mĂ©nage. On ne lui aurait pas dit, elle ne l'aurait pas su!Faut pas exagĂ©rer quand mĂȘme

Maison parfaite pour se vider la tĂȘte, tout y est: la localisation prĂ©s du GR 34 et vision panoramique sur la baie de PAIMPOL, maison trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec literie trĂšs confortable ce qui est un vrai plus. Sylvie, la propriĂ©taire, est charmante et pleine de bons conseils.
