Apartments on a groundfloor with a double bed and another double bedroom. Livingroom with kitchenette. Each rooms or apartments comes with bed linen and towels. Each kitchenette is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, electric plates for cooking and all necessary like crockery, glasses etc. Garden is equipped with Tables, Chairs, Deckchairs, Umbrellas, Gazebo, Barbeque and Kids Area. The pool is open to all guests. We have a private car parking.

Staying in a vineyard

Great location to visit San Marino but a chance to be away and out in the yineyards and orchards. Very tranquil and beautiful. Super clean pool and a very nice room. Lots of separate outdoor sitting areas to have a private dinner.

Abbiamo soggiornato , con i nostri 2 figli e la nostri A_mici in questa bella e raffinata proprietà per ben 31 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Perfect family vacation

We spent a wonderful week at Tenuta Carbognano. We were recieved with great hospitality by our hosts Ornella and Marco. Gemmano is a bit off the beaten tracks of Rimini and Catolica, which was exactly what we were looking for. It is still close enough to take trips to the beach or to the historic sites in the proximity. While the grown-ups enjoyed the calm in the vinyards and the great wine that is produced there, our boys especially enjoyed the pool. All in all a fantastic and very relaxing stay in a very nice place with very pleasant and friedly hosts.

perfect family holiday

Tenuta Carbognano is an enchanting place with every comfort, the apartment is clean, cozy and well equipped that more than met our expectations. Tenuta Carbognano is nested on vineyard and olive groves slopes of lovely valley of river Conca. We (family of 5) spent perfect holiday there in July 2015. The surrounding garden is huge with table tennis, table football, playground for little kids, in front of apartments is at your disposal table, chairs and a barbecue to have dinner outside and on top of the garden swing out chair. Moreover there is a superb swimming pool (where our kids have played a lot!) with spacious terrace and plenty of chairs to relax Some tips in case you want to explore vicinity: The UNESCO heritage site - San Marino, great parks: Aquafan, Oltremare in Riccione & Aquarium in Cattolica, remote beaches at Fiorenzuola di Focara & Vallugola (If you are not fan of overcrowded beaches in Rimini/Riccione) are within easy driving distance (20/30 min) I would really recommend this apartment as a great place for families to spend quiet, restful and idyllic holiday. And most of all friendly owners, Ornella & Marco, caring and extremely hospitable. We absolutely loved the place and if you are looking for quiet & peaceful vacation just book Tenuta Carbognano and enjoy your stay resting by beautiful pool with fabulous view over hilltops of Romagna landscapes drinking delightful wine made by Ornella & Marco. We definitely will do so again.
