Experience breathtaking views and the most spectacular sunsets. Situated in this desirable West End neighborhood where a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk allows you to enjoy Herring Cove Beach or P'town’s best restaurants and attractions all while maintaining peace and privacy. The upper level of our home has amazing light with an open floor plan boasting soaring ceilings, two walls of windows with amazing harbor and ocean views, two decks, chef’s gourmet kitchen, designer appointed furnishings, fireplace, half bath, and large inviting dining area.

The main level of the house has three large and very comfortable bedrooms along with two full baths. Two of the bedrooms have private decks and and Apple/cable TV.

The lower level has a large bedroom suite with a sitting area and full bath with jacuzzi tub and steam room.

The home has central air conditioning, huge gourmet kitchen, wireless internet, laundry facilities, large screen TV, Cable, CD/DVD, Bose sound system, and parking for four cars.

We love it and know you will, too. (And don't forget to check out our reviews! Note: The new owners were required to initiate a new account and no longer have access to previous reviews which gave our home the highest ratings in Provincetown) We've replaced all the carpeting and refinished the wood flooring, and are making many improvements including a 40 x 16 zero edge salt water pool and pool house with outdoor kitchen and fire pit, so now The Beach House is an even more luxurious place to stay in Provincetown.

The Perfect Vacation House

This is the second year we rented this beautiful house. We love it! It’s beautifully furnished, very comfortable, gorgeous views and an ideal location. The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen and is fully equipped. Rich and Michael could not be nicer or more helpful. This property is all it promises to be and more. We can’t wait until our next visit!

Relaxing, beachy sanctuary on the West End

I stayed here with a group of friends with whom I have a tradition of visiting Ptown, and we loved this house -- particularly for the exceptional top floor, the views, the fully equipped kitchen, the airy living room and dining room, and the outstanding views from the crows nest (you can see the Harbor + ocean in 3 different places). We rented bikes, which worked perfectly for the location since it's a little farther onto the West Side (but barely 5 min ride into the heart of town). Plus, Rich couldn't have been more communicative and easy to work with as a landlord!

Beautiful House with the Best Views in Ptown

I mean, wow. The house is big, has a smart layout, and is tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedrooms and an almost professional grade kitchen. Then you go out on the back porch to drink in the views, which are incredible. Except they pale in comparison to the breathtaking 360 degree ocean to bay to Pilgrim monument view you get from the observation deck. I've been going to Ptown for years and haven't seen anything like it. The hosts are communicative and accommodating and an all around pleasure to interact with. If I was forced to come up with a negative, the downstairs shower is small and one of the ones upstairs doesn't get great water pressure. But those issues are infinitesimally small compared to everything there is to love. This house is an absolute gem. Highly recommend.

Magical and peaceful

We were a family of 8+ a baby. We came here to relax and connect as well as to rejuvenate. Greg Chen Michael, our hosts, where gracious and easy to communicate with. The home they offer is outstanding. Kitchen as well supply for those of us who love to cook and we did! Even with overcast weather, but vacation was simply divine. The sunsets on the roof are magical!

Such an easy, pleasant stay

There is literally nothing to say about our stay at this house that is not positive. It's a beautiful home with gorgeous outdoor space and scenic views of the town; a well appointed kitchen; comfortable bedrooms and ample space for a large group; and the hosts could not have been more pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the check out process was straightforward and resonable (unlike some other properties we've stayed at in PTown). We plan to stay here again next summer if the hosts will have us!

Spacious house in perfect location

A tremendous stay for our group of six friends. Clean, well appointed, and with stunning views from multiple levels of the home. Super easy check-in and communication throughout. The upper floor is where we spent most of our time enjoying the spacious living and dining area. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms had plenty of room to spread out. Nice touches (like ample bike parking on the outdoor rack) and a drinkable welcome gift ;-) Great distance from town: just far enough away to feel removed and private, but close enough that biking to grab a coffee was a breeze.

Amazing Getaway

This house was perfect for our family with 7 adults. Even better than the pictures in person! The views were amazing, chefs kitchen and long dining table for the family were perfect and the layout worked great for everyone. The hosts were great to work with and even gave a nice welcome gift. Great location just a couple minutes drive from town and Herring Cove Beach. We loved everything and would definitely come back again next year!

Perfection in Provincetown

Our stay at Rich and Michael's home was perfect. The photos of the house speak for themselves, so I will focus here on details you might not see in the photos. We were a group of 7: two 90-year-old grandparents; 2 parents; 3 young adults in their 20s. Grandparents marveled at the beautiful furnishings, the gorgeous views from every window, the high quality of the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, and the amazing closet space (they don't pack light.) My husband and I appreciated the extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen, the superb air conditioning (it was a H-O-T week), the welcome gift that awaited us, and the fact that every single person's needs were met. The kids were working all week and appreciated the excellent wifi; the variety of seating areas and proximity to P'town and Herring Cove beach for when they were able to take a quick break. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and had dinner catered at the house, and the kitchen/dining area set-up worked perfectly for that. We also really enjoyed cocktails on the deck every night: the deck seating area is absolutely delightful. Rich and Michael are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything, including coffee pods, bottled water, high-quality linens and towels, even cocktail napkins embossed with the name of the home on them. By far the nicest home we have stayed in on the Cape.

Amazing Location - Amazing House - Amazing Hosts!

My husband and I stayed at The Beach House with my sisters, their husbands, and our infant son. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was perfect for communal cooking and eating, and the wide open space on the main floor made it easy for all of us to hang out. The decks and the views are incredible!! Just a recommendation - it's bit of a hike to Herring Cove beach so I would recommend bringing a bike if you have one! It also makes the 10 minute walk to town super quick ;). And finally, I have to mention that Rich and Michael were such amazing hosts - they were super responsive and so helpful with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were so kind and really went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend this house!!

Ptown Gem

Wonderful property and hosts. We had a wonderful time and the house felt like home! Great kitchen with appliances for the serious chef. Only the outside gas grill was not in great condition. Wonderful location with stunning views and everything in walking distance. Highly recommended!

After spending the past six summers in Provincetown, we fell in love with this one-of-a-kind house that looks like a cape cod beach house from the front and has three levels of decks and wrap around windows on two levels, all revealing the ever-changing sky and sea that has made Provincetown a favorite with artists for over 100 years.

The home's master-chef's kitchen, entertaining space and ample sized bedrooms make for a perfect vacation home that is designed to be shared.

What makes this property unique

It's a quick walk or bike ride to the action on Bradford (3 min walk) or Commercial street (7 min walk), but the house can feel like a world away when you're sitting in the crow's nest listening to the birds and the breeze rustling the leaves on a sea of trees below you, with the call of the gulls over the sea and bay with the water view 360 degrees around you. The sun is your constant companion, from sunrise to sunset. The sky puts on a different breathtakingly dramatic show every night and morning.
