Nice Area
The room was nice and clean. Management sent an additional blanket right away for sleeper sofa when we asked. The area of town felt safe and was nice. Just a couple blocks from the lake. Restaurants nearby within walking distance. I do think directions could be clearer on parking as this is on a busy intersection with no pullover to check in and get parking directions and permit. The address took us to the front of building on Mercer but there is no entry there or from parking garage. Would be helpful if directions noted that you are looking for the entrance to Even Hotel on Fairview. This unit is a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and one barstool. Also, kitchen inventory needs to be looked at as there was only one bowl and no small spoons for cereal. I could have just washed my bowl out but there was no liquid dish soap, only 2 dishwasher tabs under sink. Could have used hand soap from bathroom except housekeeping accidentally placed a bottle of shampoo by sink instead. So I washed my bowl with shampoo. The comforter for the king bed and fitted sheet for pull-out sofa both had tears in them. Minor issues overall and would stay here again now that I know the process.
