Beautifully decorated, ground-level, two bedroom condo located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the highly acclaimed Barefoot Beach Resort, Indian Shores, Florida. We are directly across the street from the beach. Watch dolphins play from the private patio or enjoy the soothing flow of boats glide by as you sit and enjoy the sunshine just steps from the waterway.
This quiet section of Sand Key island makes it feel like you have the beach to yourselves. Enjoy the resort's heated pool and private fishing dock. The resort's Key West style condos are surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants providing the the perfect vacation setting. There are restaurants and shopping up and down the island. The Salt Rock Grill is so close it seems like it's part of the resort. Enjoy its outdoor bar overlooking the water. Dine inside with a water view as well and enjoy the area's best beef and seafood! Beach shops, Coffee shop, Miniature Golf, Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. A Suncoast Trolley Stop is located in front of the resort and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and all the way to Pass-A-Grille Beach. This property is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for the week. The area is very nice and if you like fishing it’s right out the back door. The owner was very nice and if you need anything he was willing to help. This place is a great find and we will definitely be back next year.

Bruce was very accommodating with our stay and was able to have everything in order for us. The condo was recently renovated and modernized. Very comfortable and always feels like home. Definitely a must stay enjoying the intercoastal and the ocean on the opposite side of the street.

Weekend get away

We took a quick trip and wanted to be near the water. This condo was in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet, and the other residence were very friendly. The condo is VERY well stocked and in a great location. You could see the water from inside the house and a short walk across the street is all it took to be at the ocean. The condo is also a quick drive to St. Pete and Clearwater.

Great condo

We were so happy with our stay, we wish we could've stayed there longer. It was clean, well maintained, well organized. There's a very nice back patio on the water. There were bicycles provided, pool items for the complex's pool, and a ton of beach gear which made taking the kids to the beach so much easier (umbrella, wagon to haul everything, chairs, sand buckets/toys, etc). Thank you!

Wonderful

This was our third time staying at Barefoot Beach, and first in this condo. We absolutely love the location and walking right out back to the inter coastal. Seeing dolphins daily, watching the sunrise, and fishing right out your door are highlights of our trip. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is great. This condo had wonderful amenities - beach chairs and toys, fishing supplies, bikes, towels, and more. We love this area and are always sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this condo and can’t wait for our next trip!

Beautiful condo to match the scenery

We took our first trip to Florida and had the best time ever. This condo was not only cute and comfortable, we had a slip out back for fishing (and saw several dolphins!) and the beach was a 6 minute walk. The condo offered tons of beach toys, fishing equipment, a cooler and a wagon! Bruce was extremely responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo for the price and quality and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic!

My family had a fantastic vacation in Indian Shores. Bruce and Patty's condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful location. Communication with both Bruce and Stacey (housekeeping) was outstanding. Whenever I had a question responses where immediate. We have stayed at many condos at Barefoot Beach Resort, this by far has been the best property! We will definitely return! Bruce has been the best property owner I have dealt with using VRBO. THANK YOU!

Excellent!!!

Wonderful! The host, Bruce, contacted us after we checked in to make sure we were happy and to make himself available. Very nice touch. The condo was spotless and gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable.. Everything we hope for in a vacation rental. The patio is right on the Intracoastal. This was the perfect place. We will definitely return to A113. We won't even look anywhere else. PS-Lucy from the cleaning service was gracious and friendly, not to mention she does an excellent job of cleaning.

We visited Barefoot Beach...

We visited Barefoot Beach on April 4-11th 2009. The condo was beautiful and had everything you could ask for. We were going to buy beach toys for our boys age 7 and 10 when we arrived, but Bruce and Patty had all of that plus boogie boards, a cooler you can pull to the beach, and beach chairs. The only thing we had to bring from home were beach towels. We sat on the patio every morning for coffee. Saw tons of dolphins swimming in the water. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We can not wait to go back. Thanks so much!!

Mind blowing fantastic location well equipped a real home from home feeling will return december

This year was our 10th year at barefoot and we renewed our wedding vowels on the beach with our friends who also return year after year ! Clean well looked after condo, new stainless steel kitchen appliances are great beds sooo comfortable amazing views of dolphins and sunrise from the patio! You can even fish directly outside your gate or from the new fishing dock. You could also go for a bike ride using the two bikes provided at the condo or have a lazy day on the patio whilst the children play the x box in the condo .Location is outstanding for shopping, boat hire and the beach. The pool is ideal for all and the 4 huge unberella's in each corner for shade is ideal on those very hot days. The complex is clean and well kept looked after by friendly staff. Not far from Disney parks and Orlando shopping malls. We had the privilege of meeting the owner Bruce who was very nice and polite. Would recommend to families and couples of any age. Look forward to our 3rd year in December !!

I just wanted to tell you...

I just wanted to tell you that my husband and I had a wonderful weekend at your condo. It was perfect! Your unit was in a fabulous spot and we did not want to leave. Our pastor came out on Saturday night and performed a renewal ceremony for us on the beach. This was a surprise for my husband. Our 3 year old daughter stayed with us Saturday night and we enjoyed the beach and the pool so much! We would definitely like to come back some time. My daughter did not want to leave. And the front office people, were FABULOUS!!!! They knew about our renewal ceremony and put a bottle of champagne, a card and a balloon in our room while we were on the beach! First class service all the way!!! Loved it!!! Our weekend could not have been more perfect! Thank you!!

The Barefoot Beach property is peaceful, quiet and is beautifully decorated with tropical plants and trees. This section of the gulf beaches has the feel of small town Florida.

What makes this property unique

We like the convenience of parking right outside the condo front door. Water view from every room in the condo. We see dolphins and other wildlife on every visit. Watching the boats cruise by is very relaxing. We have two bikes for riding along the beach road which has a dedicated bike lane.
