This was our 6th or 7th stay at this great condo. We love the location, on the beach, easy parking, great amenities. It is absolutely perfect for a stay on the beach. Marty makes it extra special with a bottle of wine and some snacks when we arrive!

Loved Star Shine

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Star Shine! This was our 2nd stay there and it won't be our last! Everything was perfect and there was even an evening snack in the fridge for us! Everything about the property was exactly like it was described on the website!

Life At The Beach!

Walk out your door and you have the pool or the beach! A great view sitting on the patio enjoying a meal or beverage! The condo was clean, beach theme throughout, lots of extras provided for the renter!

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

The owners take pride in providing a well equipped & beautifully decorated/comfortable condo. The view of the gulf & sunsets are fantastic; and, it’s only steps to the beach! You couldn’t ask for any more than this condo has to offer!

All I can say is “Pefect”

Communication was great with Host, location was perfect (one of few areas that was not over crowded, place was just as seen on website, logistically had everything in the condo that we needed to enjoy our stay, Host was so thoughtful and added a lot of personal touches to make you feel welcome, great restaurants within 2 mile range, and the beach was stunning. Pool was being worked on and wasn’t able to use the pool but was going to be done this week so won’t affect future stays. Highly recommend.

Paradise on Belleair Beach

Excellent property, walk right out the patio doors to a well maintained pool or lovely sand beach! All the amenities you could want and then some; great personal touches! Liked that the condo was on the ground level. Very safe area. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day!

Fantastic stay!

We've stayed in a lot of places from Belleair Beach to Anna Maria Island over the past 30 years, and this may be our favorite of them all. Great location, beautiful unit with a wonderful layout & view of the gulf. Marty has the place decorated beautifully & furnished with everything you could need. We really can't say enough good about this place. I just hope it's available to rent again in the near future. :-)

We had 2 beautiful weeks in February 2019. This lovely condo was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Marty made us feel so welcome and had many personal touches. The sunsets were awesome! The beach is simply beautiful. Lovely view from our patio and we certainly would love to go back!

Perfect Vacation

This is a clean, well kept, well stocked condo that is oceanfront and near the awesome pool. The owner has everything you could need for the beach and the condo is phenomenal with a great bedroom and beautiful kitchen and living space. It is ground level with an outside table on patio that is a great vantage point for the Gulf sunset; which is incomparable. We would definitely stay again. It’s a beautiful, safe area with everything you need a short drive away.

This was our 5th consecutive year at this unit & we've had a fantastic vacation there every year. The unit has always been very clean & has had every amenity that we needed. Also, one couldn't ask for a better location as the beach is only yards away? The owners, Marty & Rich, are very friendly & made sure we always felt welcomed. So, without hesitation, we highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing 😎

We just came back from staying at starshine. It was very clean and we had almost everything we needed for our stay. Marty was very friendly and was very easy to communicate with. We loved the view from our patio and the private beach area. Definitely would stay again. The bed is very firm and we are not use to that, so we bought a mattress topper. Loved our getaway and would recommend this place to anyone.

We are the proud new owners of this little piece of paradise! When we first relocated to Florida over 25 years ago, this is what we thought Florida living would be like. We did not realize how rare and precious beachfront living would be. We settled in Safety Harbor, a sweet sleepy town located on the bay side of Pinellas County. It is a great place to live (but the beach is even better!)

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this condo the second I walked through the door.
We have spent the last four months renovating and decorating and turning Starshine (yes I named it) into the jewel box it is now. We picked out doorknobs and cabinet knobs, baseboards and bedding and on and on. Everything that is inside now was picked with love and thought.
We wanted this to be a beach condo but still filled with beautiful and comfortable furnishings.
Now when I walk inside, I simply can't believe that we are lucky enough to own this property
It truly is beyond my wildest dreams.

Our deepest wish is that your stay at our home is a wonderful magical visit.
Mother Nature has supplied you with her very best---our Gulf beaches are consistently ranked as some of the top in the WORLD.
If the sea calls to you, then this is the place to be. Last year a sea turtle chose the beach right in front of the pool to build her nest.
This is THE place to kick back, relax and rejuvenate. However, as private as our beach is, you can hop in your car and in under 5 minutes find you way to fabulous restaurants both casual and fancy.
