Be on the Gondola for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking in 12 minutes from the front door. Upscale full remodel will allow you to relax in style. Well stocked kitchen allows you to put chili in the crock pot, hit the slopes, and come home for a hot meal. The loft is a great space with a second living area and two queen beds.

Robes available for hot tub, wood for the wood burning fireplace stacked out front of the unit, lots of natural light, great open concept layout for entertaining.

Location & Amenities

Our stay was great! Darin was super responsive to our questions and really made the check in and out process a breeze! The property itself is great, high points are the bus stop right outside! We rented a car but really didn't need it. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub also added to our overall love of the place! Would definitely stay again!

Great property! Highly recommend. Minor improvements needed

Darin is a great host and the condo was just as expected. Roomy enough for 3 couples. Had all the kitchen utensils and dishes you would expect. The patio has a view of the ski mountain, which is nice. Perfect cabiny cozy vibe! And...the bus stop is steps away which is a HUGE plus for those who don't rent a car. the bus is pretty reliable....5 mins give or take. The minor annoyances were that 1 - the battery on the door keypad died, so we were forced to use actual keys to lock/unlock the condo. 2 - the TV set up is very very confusing. 3 remotes and no idea on which was which. The upstairs TV was totally inoperable. Highly recommend a detailed guide on how to use the TVs. My gf and I would stay here again....great property and location.

Great condo with lots of shared space

Came for my 30th to celebrate with friends. We loved the place and got to enjoy the hot tub. A neighbor did call the police on us for being loud after dinner (before quiet hours started) but otherwise had no issues. Close ride to downtown. We came after ski season ended so I can’t speak to the mountain! I’d definitely stay again :)

Great updated condo

Condo is updated and decorated nicely. Very homey. Location is pretty good, they're not kidding about the bus stop being just steps away. Hot tub is just outside the back patio and is decent.

Great quick getaway!

Beautiful condo for a getaway! The location is perfect for skiing (especially the bus pickup right outside)or anything else you would like in steamboat. Lots of beds, seating etc and fireplace for a good size family getaway! Thanks again.

Thank you so much for staying! My wife Erin and I bought this condo to share with our guests and use for our family in the free time! Our daughters Lilyana (5) and Genevieve (3) are just starting to ski! We absolutely LOVE Steamboat, some of the best snow around. We love walking to breakfast, taking the bus to the slopes, or heading downtown (a short 5 minute drive) for a delicious dinner. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for a condo in Steamboat for over a year. We wanted lots of natural light, mountain views, and extra space so we could share our condo with family and friends. We bought this in 2019 and did close to a full remodel, removing walls in the kitchen and updating the kitchen and baths. The second living space upstairs is ideal for kids, two different families, or when you just need a little time by yourself!

What makes this property unique

It was also very important to us to have a large yard space for our kids to run around as well as a hot tub and pool. We purchased robes for the condo to keep you warm on your walk down to the hot tub/pool area.
