About this property

This Herbage 2000 square foot townhome checks every box for a memorable vacation. Whether you're traveling in winter or summer, this newly remodeled two bedroom plus loft, separate basement sitting room/den, three bathroom home has all of the amenities you need plus room for everyone.

The setting, decor, and finishes in this newly remodeled home exemplify the Rocky Mountains. Hardwood floors flow from the front door through the kitchen, and new carpet, paint and tile can be found throughout. The renovated kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and natural wood cabinets that are stocked with everything you need to serve up a great snack platter or gourmet meal. The dining table seats 8 and there is bar seating for another 2. With the split level layout, this area is open to both the loft above and living space below.

In the living area a huge sectional sofa has room for everyone to sit back and enjoy the game or a movie on the 75" flat screen HD TV. Games, books, and a Blue Ray player are provided for even more entertainment. Natural light floods the room through the sliding glass door that leads to a private deck with hot tub, gas grill, and a small table and chairs. A seasonal creek and tall pines will leave you feeling as if you're in the middle of the woods.

The main bedroom is located on the top floor. With a king sized bed, 75" flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub/shower, a reading nook, and desk, you will find plenty of space to unwind. The second bedroom has a king bed, 55" flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with tub/shower. If you've got a large family or a number of kids with you, they will love the loft, which comes complete with a twin bunk bed, a twin daybed and an oversized chair that has a hideabed. The basement contains a second family room with a 55" flat screen TV, a private bathroom with shower and closet that contains a full size washer and dryer.

The Herbage Townhome complex feature a seasonal pool and is located on the free city bus route for easy access to the ski area and town. It is also just a short walk to Wild Plum Market, restaurants, Christie's Sports and the base area of the mountain.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bedroom setup was perfect for three couples (top floor, main floor, and lower level) plus the bunk area. The spa was clean and worked well, and the living room was spacious and comfortable with a very large tv. Was within walking distance to the gondola or you can take the free shuttle. Note that there are two hidabed mattresses in the bunk area, but there is not really anywhere to put them. We did not need them for a group our size, but just noting for other guests. The one hideabed could be pulled out partially but will not leave anywhere to walk between the beds. The second one would need to be moved to a different area such as the living room. It would be helpful for the large chair in the bunk area to be removed so that guests have some room for luggage.

Perfect Steamboat Stay

This fully equipped and comfortably furnished condo was perfect for our recent visit to Steamboat for our ski vacation. Lots of space to spread out. Steps away from the bus line, we could easily get to the gondola or town. Private hot tub was a great bonus. Booking and communication was seamless and responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Condo close to the slope

PERFECT location. Large space for families. The ease of getting to and from the slopes was effortless. My only complaint is getting the keys to check in/ out is now very easy, especially when you don’t have a car and paying for transportation. This wouldnt cause me not to book again tho. Just something I wish they would make a little more seem less.
