This lakeside vacation rental in Fort Ann, NY includes a living room with breathtaking views of Hadlock Lake, just minutes from Lake George Village. This quaint, private chateau has two bedrooms with views from every bed, one custom full bath, an eat-in kitchen, heat, and A/C.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with a walk-out deck into the outdoors, overlooking the lake. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Sit outside and kick back in the outdoor living space with a large patio overlooking the glistening Hadlock Lake and a deck with sliding glass doors exiting the living room. Grill up some dinner on the BBQ grill. Cozy up next to the firepit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the hot tub! This home is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The property spans 95 feet of direct waterfront, and the rental includes a floating dock, a large dock for your boat, and great fishing!

Access Paradocks Park, a private park for Northern Living guests: featuring a swing set, playhouse, basketball court, horseshoes, geodome, and much more! You can rent kayaks and paddleboards to experience all the lake offers; ask us how. Play games and unwind in the new bar/game room. This detached building features a bar, dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a pool table. This is the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends and make the best memories!

Make this your Adirondack getaway, and start making memories for years to come! This home includes dock space. This Fort Ann rental home is pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card. Dogs only.

There are good hiking trails within two miles. This house is minutes from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is forty minutes away, and Albany Airport is one hour away. This house is close to all activities yet away from it all.

This property is closed from November to May (it may open in mid-April, weather dependent; if you are booking in April or late October, please inquire).

This property is a very, very special place. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, you must stay here! The property was pristine & comfortable. We booked the first weekend of October when the leaves are beginning to change and the view was incredible. It was warm enough to relax on the dock and swim in total peace. The hot tub was perfect for the brisk fall nights as well. 10/10 experience.

Shoreline Chateau was just right for us. It was cozy, clean and full of places to relax and play. Northern Living is super responsive and pleasant. It is close enought to Lake George to enjoy what it has to offer and then escape back to the peace and quiet. The steep and uneven steps are not for those with mobility issues. We would definitely stay again!

Well maintained property with boutique hotel meets rustic lake living design/decor. Explore the lake in (complimentary) canoe. Nap in a chaise on the dock, soak in the hot tub, or relax in an Adirondack chair by the fire pit. Great sunset views. Game Room is a special bonus!

Lovely getaway spot

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin. It was so relaxing and we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The dock is huge and a perfect fishing spot. They left s'mores ingredients and wood and we had a bonfire that the kids loved. One note, the home has large, steep, stone steps to get down to the dock. There's no handrails. So if you have limited mobility this may be an issue.

Fun at Hadlock Pond!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Shoreline Chateau! The house was clean and nicely decorated. Being right on the pond was wonderful. We enjoyed jumping in the water either before or after being out for the various activities that the Lake George area had to offer. The game room was a nice touch as well. Even our mini Goldendoodle had the best time! We can’t wait to return.
