We are in our 21st year of renting our summer home to families for their Lake George vacations. Our reviews say it all so you can book with confidence!

For spring and fall, we only have 2 night mimimums unless there a holiday or special event happening in Lake George (Elvis weekend, National's car show, Americaide, etc), then it is a 3 night minimum.

BOLTON LANDING, the best part of Lake George...

Picture yourself sitting on the wrap-around porch, drinking your morning coffee, watching the sunrise over the eastern lake & mountains. Lake George is only 6/10 of a mile down our road. The closest beach and happens to be of no charge is only 1 mile away (door to water). It's on Huddle Bay Road. Parking is free there, and there is a town dock for boats (day use only). Our house sits on 1.59 acres and has woods and a stream you can explore. There are two town beaches ($5 fee) with lifeguards, parking, grills, and picnic tables within 2 miles of the house. We have high-speed wireless Internet. 52' flat-screen Smart TV, DVD, and even a VHS with kid's movies. 32" flat-screen TV in the master bedroom. Ping pong table in the garage and volleyball net and ball are all included.

About Lake George: The best lake in the USA - pure clean water to swim, water ski, boat, or just float on a raft and enjoy your day. Lake George has approximately 28,200 acres of water and approximately 44 square miles of surface area. Lake George is so clear that many residences use the lake for their drinking water. - Some of the best restaurants are right here in Bolton Landing - Boat rentals right in town. - Weekly concerts on the beach during the summer. - Bolton is a quaint town, enjoy a stroll among all the stores, walk to the water, and enjoy a carefree vacation.

Six Flags Amusement Park: Less than 20 minutes away. Saratoga Race Track: The August place to be, is less than a 30 minute drive.

We had a very pleasant stay, The house was very clean the neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit but quite enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch and the beautiful scenery.

We loved this place! Very close to the lake, and shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing. The property is fantastic- our dog did not want to go home! It was a wonderful retreat for the family. Mike was great to work with!

A Wonderful Base for a Lake George Vacation

This is the best Lake George base for a family or group of friends. The house has old world charm and is thoughtfully decorated with a huge yard and patio. The kids had fun with the games in the garage while the parents could sit on the porch all day. We had a relaxing time here while also enjoying Bolton, the beaches and Great Escape. We would definitely come back again !

Perfect Lake George vacation home

This house was just perfect for our week at Lake George. Plenty of space, inside and out (a must when travelling with teens!). Clean, well stocked kitchen, and convenient location. We really appreciated the extra attention to providing hand sanitizers and wipes, as well as all the games and videos that helped pass the time during a rainy Tuesday. We would highly recommend, and look forward to staying here the next time we're at Lake George

Weekend in Bolton

We stayed at the house with our family for two nights and had the most wonderful time . The house is so warm and welcoming . It was so comfortable and felt like home . Michael was very responsive and accommodating. We had our dog with us and she absolutely loved running on the great property , plenty of room for her to play “catch “. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening , and relaxing on the patio . The only regret we have is that we were unable to stay longer ! Excellent location and close to “downtown “ Bolton landing . Wouk’s definitely like to return !

A vey warm and welcoming place.

It is obvious from the photos that this is more than a vacation home. It is a "Family " home and we were welcomed guest. We rented here once before and enjoyed it but the improvements to the outside made it better. We found ourselves outside each morning soaking in the sun over coffee and in the evening talking. Our group of friends and family visit the are every few years and this visit will bring us back. Mike was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. That is important to us. We stayed at Camp Belanger for a full week and enjoyed every minute of it! House was cozy and comfortable! Loved the outside porch and rocking chairs, the fire pit to make some yummy smore's and all of the fun lawn games- my kids had a blast playing! The house is perfectly located just a quick trip from Bolton Landing where there are a ton of nice restaurants, shopping and beaches with beautiful views of the lake as well as a short drive to Lake George Village.

Shopping in nearby Bolton Landing and going to beach by day, making fires and s'mores by night, our family had a wonderful time at Camp Belanger! The house is well equipped with kitchen and grilling tools, fun and games for the lawn, and comfy central A/C. We would definitely stay again!

Quaint house, quiet neighborhood

Overall, very nice home. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet; also with central air. Lots of amenities including charcoal grills, a fire pit (good for making s’mores), outdoor games (ladderball, KanJam, badminton), and plenty of outdoor seating for rocking, lounging or just sitting in the sunshine. I had the impression that the beach was closer, and we could walk there. We ended up driving a couple times a day to the beach, as the walk was along a busy roadway and all uphill on the way back to the house. But it was a nice, small beach with free parking and was about a mile away. It was also a bit difficult to find at first (it’s at the end of Huddle Bay Road), but a real gem! Overall, we had a great week, and our host, Michael, was very easy to communicate with, especially after a summer storm knocked out power and WiFi at the house for over 24 hours! We will most definitely be returning to the area in the future

Adirondack getaway

This was a nice place! Beds were actually comfy which made it more like being at home. Enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball! Great outdoor space! Close to downtown Bolton Landing and most activities/shopping were with 20 mins.

Fall at Law George

We stayed at your beautiful cozy Lake George home for our Fall vacation. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The birthday signs were a welcome surprise in our arrival! Everything you could want- and more!

We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. This home offered a variety of amenities (fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, etc) to make our stay comfortable. Not only did we find all we needed inside, but outside also included offerings (rocking chairs, fire pit, wraparound porch, deck, etc.) that exceeded our expectations. This property was a perfect “find”for our family as we attended a nearby wedding. Communication with the manager was always prompt and courteous.

Best Summer Lake House Ever!

If your looking for cozy, tranquil, serene, relaxing, best kept secret of bolton landing then look no further. We loooove this home! Waking up each morning to drink my coffee on the deck while listening to the running water behind the property alone did it for me. This place is a gem! Everything is sooo close by and all accommodations and check in process was so smooth. Hands down best vacation ever. My husband and puppy had a blast! What I even loved is they have a germ/allergy air filter which is sooo good for me! That was a sweet surprise. The amount of games on the property you will never get bored. We will definitely be back! Thank you Michael for being so responsive and attentive.
