The two-room apartment is complete with kitchen and bathroom located on the second floor of a building in the center of Tricase. The property is located just 400 meters from the historic center and a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. The apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a comfortable, simple and undemanding solution.

The two-room apartment has a large terrace of about 50 square meters in which there is a table with 4 chairs.
A person in charge of the reception will take care of the check-in (from 12:00 to 24:00) and the check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00). An extra payment of 30 euros is required for those who want linen.

The apartment does not have a washing machine, but in a short distance there is a laundromat where you can quickly wash and dry all the clothes. Guests can safely leave their car near the house as there are always parking spaces available on the street.

The two-room apartment is located in a quiet area, in via zanardelli, as you can see on the map, a few steps from Piazza Cappuccini and the various shopping centers.

Ideal to move around the center of Tricase and 'on foot, especially in summer evenings. To move in Salento or inland the preferable vehicle is the car. Lido Marini or Torremozza (Marina di Ugento), which is about 14 km away, is the car. Lido Maldives (Marina di Salve) is about 18 km, while Gallipoli about 27 km, Santa Maria di Leuca 18 km, Lecce about 48 and Otranto about 28.
