Two place bedroom + 2 read places in according to space, angle baking very equipment, wide bath with two services and washing machine. Navy finds on the way along the Adriatic sea between S. Maria di Leuca (11 Km) and Otranto (24Km). Service shuttle for the center of Tricase that is to 3 Km. The service is worth alone in the months of July and August. For the remaining periods the use of the automobile in order to move is indispensable.

Beautiful - fantastic views of the adriatic, 2 minutes walk to the sea (crystal clear, clean) well equipped apartment, big private terrace (vine covered, stone floored), fresh figs to pick and eat straight from the tree, total peace and quiet, easy travelling distance to whole Salentine peninsula, welcoming and helpful owners....... perfect holiday

Circondati dalla bellezza del paesaggio e dal calore delle persone, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La famiglia di Nicola ci ha accolto con la sua discreta e generosa ospitalità nella sua meravigliosa dimora dal sapore antico, un angolo di paradiso. Un viaggio che ci resterà nel cuore.

Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. La maison par contre est un peu vétuste à notre goût. La peinture des murs de la chambre s’écaille et tombe sans cesse il est donc préférable de ne rien laisser au sol. L’équipement en vaisselle est réduit au stricte minimum, les poêles et certains plats demandent à être renouvelés (usure et rouille). Une bouilloire, un grille pain, une essoreuse à salade, quelques verres à pieds et boîtes de conservation seraient les bienvenus. La machine à laver est d’une autre époque et a sans doute depuis longtemps perdu la fonction essorage... Le rinçage est également un peu douteux. La terrasse recouverte par de la vigne manque d’entretien, une taille serait nécessaire d’ailleurs nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause des nombreux insectes (moustiques impitoyables, guêpes, mouches...). Nous nous sommes régalés de délicieuses figues en abondance. Nous avons regretté l’absence d’épicerie/boulangerie dans le village ce qui oblige à prendre sa voiture chaque jour pour le pain. En revanche il y a un bar restaurant très accueillant en bord de mer avec d’excellentes pizzas et cocktails à prix très raisonnables. Jolie région et soleil assuré !

Un posto meraviglioso con una vista splendida sul mare

La casa molto funzionale dove non manca niente, ma soprattutto una terrazza sotto una percola di viti con una calma e libertà con la vista sul mare, sulla natura , dove una vorrebbe rimanere per sempre per leggere e riposare! Poi scendendo la proprietà si fa il bagno nella grotta Acquaviva o andando 50m verso la famosa piscina naturale nelle rocce....E situato bene che si raggiungono veloce le spiagge sul ionico e le baie sul adriatico , e posti come Specchia , Presicce, Otranto, Gallipoli e Lecce etc..! Nicola e una persona molto gentile che ti aiuta dove po' . Il Salento e meraviglioso e la gente gentilissima| Torniamo con gioia prossimo anno Regina e Bernd

Un paradiso!

Appartamento senza pretese, ma pulito e confortevole per i nostri standard. Una Pergola sul mare che da sola vale tutti i km in moto da Venezia. La vera beatitudine tra fichi, carrubbi, pace e luna piena. Il mare a pochi passi (davvero), uno scoglio tutto per noi. Lo consiglio? ASSOLUTAMENTE SI!

Maison tres agréable et situation idéale, tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances au soleil

Tout ce qu'il faut pour jusqu'à quatre personnes, la terrasse est grande et ombragée, avec vigne et figuiers et une magnifique vue sur le lever de soleil au dessus de l'Albanie. La plage (rochers) est juste en bas de la maison, avec meme des sources d'eau fraîche. Les villes aux alentours sont tres belles et actives, et la campagne superbe avec champs d'oliviers (pas malades, ici) Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant, l'équipement est complet. Pas de wifi mais bonne 4g, et attention aux moustiques tigres: prendre ses précautions

Casa e contesto poco curati e con scarsa pulizia. Interni e mobili fatiscenti, armadi e ripostigli maleodoranti, tutte le zanzariere rotte (quella dell'ingresso abbiamo dovuto aggiustarla noi). Persistente odore di gas, risolto togliendo la bombola, rimanendo quindi senza gas. Sconsigliato, anche se proprietario disponibile.

Bellissima vacanza!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per due settimane, tra la fine di agosto e l'inizio di settembre. Al di là della spettacolarità dei posti che abbiamo visitato, possiamo sinceramente dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento! L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone perchè spazioso, soprattutto il soggiorno con cucina annessa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la divisione degli spazi e la presenza d finestre e porte-finestre, cosa non scontata. Svegliarsi la mattina con la vista del sole sul mare e cenare con gli ultimi bagliori del sole, è stato unico!L'appartamento dispone di un ampio spazio esterno con giardino molto grande, da cui si accede ad una strada che in pochissimi secondi porta al mare. Indispensabile certamente la macchina in quanto la frazione di Marina Serra è distante dal principale centro con attività commerciali, che è Tricase... che dire?!Grazie a Nicola, il proprietario, che è stato molto gentile e viva il salento!!

Il posto ideale per trasc...

Il posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax e tranquillità. Anche se l'appartamento è molto ben organizzato e fresco, la cosa che rende grande questo posto è lo spazio esterno all'ombra del pergolato e con vista sul mare.

La casa è inserita in un ...

La casa è inserita in un contesto bellissimo, con vista sull’ampio giardino e sul mare che è praticamente a 100 mt. e raggiungibile comodamente a piedi attraverso un sentiero privato che parte dalla casa. L’appartamento all’interno è grazioso, con ampi soffitti a volta e spazi ben sfruttati, è dotata del necessario e risponde a quanto descritto nell’annuncio. Pare fosse un ex convento (c’è anche la cappella privata di famiglia) con muri molto spessi che la mantengono fresca anche con la calura estiva; era presente un ventilatore, ma non abbiamo mai avuto l’esigenza di usarlo. Alcune migliorie sarebbero da fare per ovviare all’odore di umidità nei vani per gli abiti e per la dispensa, il bagno alla francese con il pulsante dello sciacquone ossidato e nuove zanzariere alle porte. Tuttavia queste pecche si fanno perdonare dal gradevole spazio esterno messo a disposizione ad uso esclusivo, che noi abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo facendo il barbecue svariate volte, abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori guardando il mare e goduto di momenti di relax nello spazio ombreggiato davanti alla casa. E poi, cosa rara per noi cittadini, c’era la possibilità di raccogliere i fichi, i limoni e i fichi d’india direttamente dalle piante del giardino. I proprietari sono persone molto ospitali, simpatiche e discrete, oltre che disponibili ad aiutarci ad ogni ns. richiesta. Ci hanno anche coinvolto in una festa di compleanno e insieme a loro abbiamo passato una serata davvero divertente. Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane in agosto e oltre al mare splendido di Marina Serra, dove c’è la roccia, abbiamo girato un po’ e visitato anche altre spiagge e luoghi suggestivi del Salento, veramente vicini e comodi da raggiungere in auto. Ma c’è ancora tanto da vedere, sicuramente torneremo!

Luogo ideale per spostarsi e visitare il ciolo, l''insenatura acquaviva ma nache la bella marina di Andrano. Cortesia dei proprietari.Il piacere. fra gli altri, è stato l''aperitivo al tramonto, di cui da questa zona si apprezzano i colori (per vedere il sole nel mare bisogna recarsi sulla costa ionica),con lo sfondo del mare e le rondini in cielo.Molto bello lo spazio esterno."

"Soggiorno di totale rela...

"Soggiorno di totale relax in uno splendido contesto, mare trasparente e comodo accesso alla scogliera sottostante (molto divertente per chi ama i tuffi). L'appartamento è corrispondente alla descrizione e dotato di ogni accessorio. E' immerso nel silenzio di un grande giardino ed ha una terrazza bellissima vista mare. Molto consigliato per gli amanti della quiete, della natura e del mare turchese."
