2 room apartment (28m²) 4/5 people with balcony, skis and close to all shops. South facing, very bright, composed of 1 bedroom, with new PVC windows + shutters. It offers a beautiful view of the Cime Caron without vis-à-vis, ideal for the pleasure of the eyes.
Located in a residence, ski-in ski-out, on the same level as the car park which makes the loading / unloading of luggage very simple. Access to the ski locker is by lift.
In the immediate vicinity there are ski rental shops, supermarket, restaurants, pizza, cheese, cold cuts, newspapers, shuttle stop ... and a departure ski school + garden for children (ESF)

Description of accommodation:
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, mini oven and microwave, raclette, traditional coffee maker + coffee maker Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster and beater.
Bathroom with bath, towel and toilet.
Living room with French window opening onto balcony: 2 single sofa beds + 1 pull-out bed, TV.
Bedroom closed by a removable door: 1 double bed 140x190 (new and comfortable bedding). Storage in the entrance and living room.

The area of the 3 valleys in Savoie, the largest ski area in the world, includes 8 ski resorts, Brides-les-Bains, La Tania, Les Allues, Les Menuires, Orelle, Saint Martin de Belleville, Val Thorens, Courchevel and Meribel .
The slopes of the 3 Valleys are located between 1300m and 3230m above sea level, 85% of the ski area is located above 1800m, and there are 25 peaks accessible by ski lifts including 10 to over 2500m. The high altitude of the ski area ensures snow cover throughout the winter but also its topography.
Unlike many other areas connected by trails in the valley bottom whose snow is often uncertain, the resorts of the 3 Valleys are connected by ridges at more than 2000m above sea level.
