The apartment is quietly located in the most beautiful residential area of Ostwald (South Strasbourg).
Close to all amenities, bus, and motorway access 2 minutes.

Housing
The apartment is located in lush greenery to allow you to relax. It has just been redone completely. It is equipped with branded products and quality to make you feel at home! It can accommodate up to 4 adults in an environment of calm and soothing luxury.
You come to rest? The room includes a real double bed (190 cm x 140 cm) equipped with a quality hotel mattress (15 cm), to ensure a restful sleep. The bed is already made when you arrive and you just have to slip under the duvet. We can add a cot on request. You have a wardrobe in the entrance to store your clothes and accessories for more comfort.
You want to prepare good food during your stay? We have everything planned! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary basic cooking (oil, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, pots and pans, paper towels, tea towels, ...), but also the appliances:
- fridge / freezer 262 liters, large enough to store all the fresh produce of your stay,
- Multifunction oven microwave / convection / grill / defrost, .... to simply warm your dishes or prepare pies and roasts, ...
- 3-bur induction hob for faster cooking
- extractor hood, for cooking without persistent odors,
- Dishwasher 13 place settings, to enjoy your stay without chore of dishes,
- coffee maker, toaster, kettle, for breakfast as at home!
A table with 4 chairs can then comfortably enjoy all the delicious dishes you have prepared. All the necessary dishes for 4 people are available. A high chair for children can be made available upon prior request.
You want a cocooning stay? The living room will allow you to take care of yourself. It is provided:
- a convertible sofa bed for two people with a mattress of 12 cm, for a better comfort,
- 4-inch flat-screen TV 49 "(123 cm) to track your favorite shows even during your stay
- a real free wifi internet connection, to keep in touch with your loved ones, watch YouTube videos, ... ..,
- Different furniture to accommodate your business and shopping
- DVDs and games for adults and children, are at your disposal to take care of and enjoy your stay even on rainy days!
Do you like idleness? The large covered terrace of 17m2 facing south / south equipped with table, umbrella, electric barbecue and deck chairs allows you to relax in the surrounding greenery and calm, reading your favorite books or tasting skewers and merguez.
Do you want to take care of yourself? The separate, brand new bathroom is equipped with a corner shower, a vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a toilet. The shower and shampoo gels, hand wash product, toilet paper and towels are provided. A hairdryer is at your disposal for a toilet, like at home by taking the time!
The entrance has a wardrobe and a coat rack for your clothes.
The exterior includes a garden and a private forest, accessible but shared with us. You are in a pretty serene and relaxing, a haven of peace, but close to the city and its amenities for a life easy everyday.
Private outdoor parking is available, as well as plenty of free street parking. It is always very easy to park.

Access of travelers
The accommodation is independent. You have full access to all the accommodation (entrance, living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bedroom) for the duration of your stay. You also have access to the garden and the private forest behind the house, but these are shared with the owner.
