House and its pool near the beach

We invite you to welcome yourself in this charming house with swimming pool and landscaped garden in an idyllic setting 100 meters from the beach to discover the best of the Arcachon basin.

This small House of 45 m2 approx (living room, open kitchen, dressing room, shower room, bedroom) on a plot of 1450 m2 fully enclosed with swimming pool, swing, barbecue, ... is the ideal starting point to discover the Basin d'Arcachon, Cap ferret, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat.
The Bassin is 100 meters away (beach at the end of the street), the Ocean beaches at 20 minutes. The shopping center of Andernos is a 5-minute walk away.

Charming House with Pool
House on a plot of 1450 m2 fully enclosed with:
4X10M swimming pool (secure swimming pool with alarm and heat pump) Heated from May to All Saints;
Swing, Barbecue.

This little house is made up of:

- Living / Furnished / equipped living room with sofa convertible into a double bed. Dressing.
- Open fitted kitchen (cooking, fridge, coffee maker, microwave ...).
- Shower room with shower.
- Beautiful bedroom with double bed 140X200.

Quiet with Beach at 100 meters, the shopping center of Andernos les Bains is 5 minutes walk (shops, restaurants, pier, port ...).
Bicycle paths in the immediate vicinity.
It is the ideal starting point to discover the Arcachon Basin, the seaside resort of Andernos, Cap Ferret, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat.
The Bassin is 100 meters away, Cap Ferret and the Ocean beaches 20 minutes away.

The house is an outbuilding of our holiday house (located on the same land on the other side of the swimming pool, the other house is not occupied except when we are present, we will inform you when booking, so you you are the only one enjoying the house and the garden, we never rent the 2 houses simultaneously). You therefore enjoy the swimming pool alone.

The swimming pool and the garden are maintained by professionals.

The house is new and the furniture new. Quality equipment.

Concierge service which can offer you an option at the price per stay of € 15 per person (10 for children) the option of household linen, namely sheets, duvet covers, towels, bath mat and kitchen towels. Service provided by concierge. Remember to book before your arrival.

End of stay cleaning is included.

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Didier, pour son annonce sérieuse et aussi pour tous les renseignements concernant Andernos les bains ainsi que les environs. Séjour agréable, maison bien agencé et propre 👌. L’accès direct à la piscine rend le séjour plus agréable. Plage à proximité.( 2 min à pied ) Petit commerces et restaurant à environ 10 min à pied. Pas de problème d’emplacement pour les voitures ou motos devant la maison.

Sehr gute Lage

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön, leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber. Der Duschabfluss war am Rande der Verstopfung, Schubladen und Esssets waren krümelig bzw. verschmutzt. Der Toilettensitz war sehr wacklig. An den Decken Spinnweben und Spinnen beim Einzug, da muss das Housekeeping besser kontrollieren. Das Mobiliar am Pool war sehr hochwertig, leider war der Pool nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet für Erwachsene, da er sehr lange nicht tief war. Für Kinder sicher toll, aber dafür liegt ja der Atlantik vor der Tür.

Nous étions venu il y a 5 ans et nous avons tout autant apprécié ce nouveau séjour. L’emplacement est top, avec la plage au bout de la rue et les commerces et le marché à 5 minutes à pied. La piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur. La maison est toujours aussi agréable, nous y étions avec 2 enfants de 4 et 9 ans. petit bémol nous avons eu des infiltrations suites aux pluies orageuses, peut être prévoir un peu de rénovation au niveau du lambris qui a pris l’eau? Une belle semaine de vacances!

La présentation de l'annonce est trompeuse, la petite maison n'a aucun charme avec une hauteur sous plafont de 1m90 dans la pièce pricipale, un jardin non entretenu récemment, une piscine non nettoyée depuis 15 jours (selon carnet d'entretien), et qui déborde ensuite, l'accès se fait par un portillon de service donnant sur les poubelles, et dont la serrure se bloque à la première utilisation, alors qu'une large grille et ses trois places de parking sont réservés au maitre des lieux .... pourtant absent, pas d'éclairage extérieur ni sur la terrasse pour diner, ni autour de la piscine ni dans le jardin (1450 m2) alors que des lampadaires sont installés (chute assurée quand vous sortez de nuit), la télé est en panne dès le premier jour ... bref aucune preparation ni souci de qualité ni esprit de service ... malgré un intermédiaire qui fait ce qu'il dit pouvoir. Aucun sens commercial. A fuir...

Séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison très calme et idéalement placée, proche du centre ville et des plages du bassin. Le bénéfice du jardin et de la piscine offre un espace extérieur incroyable pour une location pour 2 personnes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
