Ideally positioned in the lovely Texas Hill Country just outside Fredericksburg, this resort has everything you need to unwind, including fantastic vintage decor, an outdoor community pool, a shared gas grill, and a pavilion with an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy a separate, private bathroom suite (with a bathrobe), and rinse off under the blue Texas sky in your very own outdoor shower.

This retro resort, with its five unique Shastas, sits 14 miles northeast of downtown Fredericksburg, a historical town with abundant German influence in the heart of Texas wine country. Head into town to wander through the farmers market, dine out at one of the local restaurants, do a bit of shopping, or taste the Hill Country varietals at a number of wine tasting rooms. Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is 12 miles northwest, where you can hike, set out a picnic, go birding, stargaze, or go rock climbing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
