Beautifully furnished, 4 bedroom house with private pool situated on a Golf / Spa resort in the Costa de Prata (Silver Coast) region of Portugal, 30 minutes drive north of Lisbon.

The house is situated at Dolce CampoReal - a peaceful resort with a par 72 Golf Course situated in vineyard countryside. Please visit: for details

The house overlooks the resort’s Golf Course and guests at the house can make use of the facilities at the resort’s 5 star hotel which is a short drive / 10 minute walk away. (Extra fees apply - please contact hotel directly)

5 star Spa Hotel with Fine Dining Restaurant, ClubHouse Restaurant, Indoor Pool & Gym, Outdoor Infinity Pool and Toddler Pool. Tennis Courts, Library Bar and Pool Bar (Summer Only) and a Kids' Club.

Overall a great stay, the house is well equipped and it has a good outlook. It is situated in a quiet part of the Real Campo complex and is a fair distance to the hotel. Didn't worry us at all but worth keeping in mind. There are also lots of steps when bringing in luggage/shopping etc. Beds were comfy.

Lisbon/silver coast holiday

The property is much bigger than the photos portray and we were really happy with the overall space for the family. Everything you need for a family holiday is on offer and easy to travel to neighbouring towns and beaches. We all had a great time and would recommend this accommodation however be prepared to drive everywhere.

A lovely relaxed family holiday

We had a great time in this lovely house in Campo Real. The area is beautiful and quiet and the house and facilities are great and result in a very relaxed stay. Plus the beds are really comfy! We had intended to explore this area of Portugal but we ended up staying at the Villa nearly everyday day with loads of fun to be for our 6 and 8 year old in the pool (and on the Wii!) plus visits to the hotel for the bar, spa and tennis courts. Really looking forward to visiting again.

Clean, modern spacious and nicely furnished house and a convenient half hour from Lisbon.

The Campo Real complex was very well maintained and had great facilities including golf course and magnificent outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The housekeeper Teresa was very helpful and made herself available to assist us at short notice. The house itself was lovely and very spacious and had two outdoor terraces for dining.

Very spacious vacation rental on a golf resort

The house is very spacious and can easily service up to 7 persons. It is situated on a hill on the Campo Real golf resort. Rosie, the owner, was very easy to work with. The few issues we had were quickly solved. The house has a large roof terrace on the front and a nice garden on the back. There is a small, not heated, private pool. When we rented the house, in september, all the days were very windy, which was very nice during day time. Unfortunately because of the wind the nights were too chilly to sit outside. Also the pool was too chilly to use. Most likely these issues are no problem in the summertime. Several interesting locations (i.e. Lisbon, Obidos, the beaches) are within a 30 minute drive. There are several supermarkets and nice restaurants within a 15 minute drive from Campo Real.

Reihenhaus als solches nicht beschrieben, wir hatten mit freistehendem Haus gerechnet, sehr kleiner Pool( als "atemberaubend beschrieben!!- ein absoluter Witz!!), Schimmel im Bad und Küche und Wohnzimmer, schlecht sortierte Küche,defekter Tiefkühler und nicht saugender Staubsauger falsches WLAN Passwort,keine Garderobe total ungemütliche Beleuchtung, im Bad sehr schlechtes Licht, insgesamt sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Very happy and relaxing vacation, despite COVID

If you like the countryside, this place is amazing. It's right in the middle of a Golf Resort, where everyone can just relax, kids can play outside and enjoy a good time with family and friends. There are a few suggestions I would make to the owner as far as improving the experience is concerned: treat the grass by the pool a bit better, add lighting to the pool area so we can use it at night, and find a way to shield the pool are a bit better from the wind. This said I would absolutely recommend the property, and I have to say that we plan to visit again.

Lovely place - helpful checkin

The villa very accommodating and the owners very helpful. I must admit to being a tad disappointed on arrival as knowing that the CampoReal had both town houses and luxury villas on campas I thought we were renting the villa, hence I was a little disappointed when I arrived. However the house proved to be very nice. It was clean and well stock and the furniture and layout was very good easily facilitating the 6of us. Plus the beds really comfortable. One comment I would have is there are no outside lights - just a small thing -but as our family do like to eat outside it was frustrating , that said Teresa the housekeeper was very prompt to bring her own standard lamp and an extension lead and the problem was solved. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Rosie was very informative, helping us at every stage of the booking. The villa was in a lovely peaceful location with lots of space for the kids to run around. We enjoyed 6 days of sunshine and can highly recommended the stay.

Nous sommes venu 7 personnes pour un mariage. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Pour 7 personnes la maison ideale et très spacieuse. Nous avons passés un agréable sejour. Une arrivée tardive n'a posé aucun problème vu qu'un gardien est à l'entrée du quartier résidentiel même de nuit.

Very delightful and peaceful property well equipped for families

If you want somewhere quiet providing good family accommodation, a nice pool with views over the golf course then this is the place for you. It can however get windy - hence the wind turbines on the hill opposite . There are several places to eat locally but you will need to drive . The supermarket on the complex was closed so a trip to Torres was needed.

Belle maison

Cette maison est conforme au descriptif ainsi qu'aux photos. Très agréable, sur le domaine du golf avec une jolie vue. Pas de vis à vis, collée à une autre maison seulement (il n'y avait personne ou très peu de temps). Par contre des chiens de l'autre côté de la route ne cessaient d'aboyer dans une sorte de "chenil", assez désagréable. Le seul gros point négatif est la lumière dans la pièce principale (il y a juste une petite lumière sur un meuble et un "arbre" qui éclaire). Idem à l'extérieur, il n'y a aucune lumière sur les terrasses et nous ne pouvions manger dehors lorsqu'il faisait noir. Le problème des fourmis était récurrent, il y en avait partout. Sinon le matériel est de bonne qualité (frigo, lave vaisselle , machine à laver) ainsi que tout le mobilier. La literie très bonne, la quantité de serviettes de toilette largement suffisante. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des familles. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour, c'est idéal pour se reposer. Lisbonne est à environ 45 mn. Très jolie ville.

Fantastic relaxing holiday in a beautiful home

We have just returned from a week long holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property. The house was very clean, there was plenty of space and every kitchen utensil you could think of. It was great having plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and extra towels. I loved the big table and chairs on the front terrace where we would have our breakfast in the morning sun. The garden at the back with a fantastic clean pool was very private and had plenty of sun loungers. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage in fitted wardrobes. Teresa the local property agent was very helpful and even took us into Lisbon one evening in a minibus for a much cheaper price than a local taxi. You do need a car to get to the shops and restaurants in nearby villages. Rosie was extremely helpful and in regular contact prior to our holiday, answering any questions we had. I cannot recommend this property enough for a group or family where everyone has plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We are already looking into booking again for next year!

Great base for exploring the Silver Coast

We had a great time at this lovely villa on the Dolce Real golf resort. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The only problem we had was finding some of the cutlery and cooking pots were not as clean as we would expect. We made use of the kitchen for cooking some lovely meals including fish bought from the local supermarket (Continente) in Torres Vedras. The terrace was a great place for eating and viewing the golf course and surrounding countryside and the pool was wonderful for cooling off. We did not golf but did visit the restaurant and terrace bar at the resort which was very enjoyable. We stayed for one week and it was a great base for visiting Obidos, Sintra, Peniche, Mafra and Santa Cruz. Communication with Rosie was fantastic, before, during and after the vacation. She responded to all my queries before we booked going above and beyond by even sending me the blueprints for the house! I would recommend this villa to anyone who wanted to explore the Silver coast and surrounding attractions or just relax in a lovely location.

We are a family of six and have loved spending time in our house at CampoReal over the last ten years, and still go whenever we can. Our children have enjoyed the freedom to be outside in a safe environment, the swimming, the nearby family attractions and beaches and also just having a beautiful house to relax in together as a family.

Why they chose this property

The house is very peacefully located with everything you need for a relaxing and easy family holiday. We love that's it's still so close to Lisbon and easy to get in and out of the city and to the airport, but also has the sense of being 'away from it all'. The area is naturally beautiful with lots of historic towns and stunning beaches. Also the food and wine in the area is both delicious and reasonably priced!
