Studio overlooking the mountains

Studio 4/6 people of 22m2 redone in the residence l Ours Blanc in the center of the resort, near the ski lifts, on the 1st floor with elevator and a south west balcony overlooking the mountains of l oisans.
Non smoking studio and pets not allowed
The accommodation is composed of:
- a sleeping area with a bed a mezzanine and a bz of 2 people in 120, and cupboards.
- a bathroom with bath and wc.
- a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine (pierrade, crepiere)
- a living room with TV with a single bed of 90 cm and a trundle bed of two places in 160 cm.
A ski locker is available in the residence and a parking space underground (deposit of € 30 for the parking card).
Close to the residence are the ski lifts (less than 5 minutes walk), shops, ice rink, swimming pool, sports hall and cinema, free shuttles.
The studio has duvets and pillows. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the residence. It is possible to rent sheets and towels from a concierge.
A person will welcome you for the delivery of the keys, the map of the car park and the state of the place from 8h to 20h.
If you do not want to clean the end of stay this service will be charged 35 €
The deposit is 300 €

Séjour passé durant l'été, logement trÚs bien situé proche du centre ville. De nombreux équipements sont disponibles à l'intérieur par rapport aux autres locations déjà rencontré. La propriétaire est trÚs réactive.

Appartement confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol sur le bruit la nuit car le balcon donne sur la rue empruntĂ©e par les fĂȘtards et sur le manque de place pour ranger l'Ă©picerie. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement pratique pour les courses, la piscine, la patinoire et le palais des sports. Pour l'accĂšs aux pistes, la navette s'arrĂȘte devant la rĂ©sidence Ă  l'aller.

Tutto bene.

La casa era come descritta, pulita e con dotazioni di buon livello. Tutto era funzionante e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La posizione Ăš ottima ed abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto privato al coperto. Check-in e Check-out veloci e senza problemi. Aiutati anche dal bel tempo abbiamo passato 2 settimane molto piacevoli.

False description

The property itself is in good condition (although both sink and basin were completely blocked), and is in a good location, however it is tiny - certainly very difficult to function well with the maximum 6 people. Our main problems were the facts that although the listing stated an end of stay cleaning could be done, upon arrival I was told it could not - and I would not have booked it had I known this to be the case. Then on cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay the toilet brush broke and the owners withheld a third of the security deposit to replace it even though my husband being a plumber had sorted out their blocked sinks!!! I would not recommend this property.

Un appartement génial et trÚs bien équipé !

Nous avons passé une séjour génial dans ce studio, il est merveilleusement bien équipé et chaleureusement décoré. Nous recommandons cet appartement à qui conque souhaiterait un appartement confortable et chaleureux pour profiter de la saison. Il se situe au rez de chaussé de la résidence pierre de vacances , avec une trÚs belle vue sur les montagnes. En bref, le studio est top !
