34 m2 studio with lovely sea view, less than 150 m from the beach, located on the 1st floor of a villa in the highly sought-after and luxury residence of Anse des Rochers in Saint François.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa made up of 4 studios, with a 12 m2 terrace.
The residence has a sublime infinity pool of 1000 m2, reserved for residents.
There is a restaurant bar on the beach which also sells breads and pastries. You will have at your disposal a tennis court and a ball field. The residence is secure: caretaker, barriers.
The studio consists of a large air-conditioned bedroom with TV and WIFI, 1 bathroom, 1 large closet and separate toilet.
The well-equipped kitchenette is located on the terrace.
Sleeps 4: 1 large 160 bed + 2 poufs convertible into a child's bed with real box spring and quality mattress.

Appartement en 1er étage bien situé entre piscine et mer avec vue sur la mer.
Belle résidence sécurisée avec accès plage et mer et une grande piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer. Propriété bien entretenue avec un restaurant directement sur la plage, un food truck ouvert le soir bien appréciable. Il est conseillé d'avoir un véhicule car les commerces sont à 3 kms environ.

Le logement est super, la résidence est parfaite avec sa propre plage à seulement 2min à pieds.
Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis, et plus particulièrement en cette période de confinement, merci encore pour tout ainsi que de nous avoir permis de rester un jour de plus suite à l’annulation de notre vol.
